very professional and punctual. The wrong paint color was made by Porter paints, but I went ahead and used it anyway. The quality is pretty good, but there were places that weren't completely covered or caulked that showed up after a few months. It is also very hard to touch up with the type of paint they used.

They did a great job as usual. We have used them before earlier in the year for exterior painting. Sean, one of the owners, was super cooperative working around our schedules and worked out bringing in his team while we were on vacation for a week to do the preparation, sanding, painting of all the trim in the first floor. This is quite a detailed job and time consuming process and they got it done while we were on vacation. They worked seamlessly with our contractor so both parties could be working in the house at the same time. Sean and his team are so easy to work with and his team of painters really strives to do the best job possible. As I said they are super cooperative, as they were asked to repaint 2 rooms, as we didn't like the first color. I really can't say enough good things about this company and its people. They are thorough, dependable, ethical and they get the job done in an excellent manner. I would highly recommend them!!

Our experience with Pinnacle Painting was excellent as usual. Sean's estimate was detailed and competitive. Edwin and the painting crew's work was flawless, and their attention to detail was appreciated (for example, Edwin made a suggestion to use an oil-based paint on the door handles to keep them from staining the door over time due to rain over time). After they started, We had to change the scope of the project (added garage door and more trim painting), and the crew worked extra hours to still get the project done within the original estimated time frame. Edwin also stayed late to meet me to go around the house and inspect the work after they were done.

Thoroughly professional from beginning to end. I have used Pinnacle several times in the past for both interior and exterior painting as well as sheetrock ceiling repair. They fixed a repair in my ceiling which was poorly done by another company. Results were really great! Sean and Jim are very professional and have the utmost integrity. They stand by their work to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. It is really a joy to find someone who takes pride in their work and customer satisfaction. I heartily recommend them for any painting job and will definitely use them in the future.

I think they had a crew that got sick so they have to bring some other people in and they were able to do the job in the time they have stated. The price was very reasonable and the work is in very good quality. We've been very happy with how it looks.

Awesome. I love having the same crew at my house. I've had a couple of jobs completed by Pinnacle and I've always been pleased. I deal with Sean or Jim who are the owners and one of them are there to oversee each job. They are very professional and offer suggestions if I'm uncertain about a finish.

I do not have enough good things to say about this company. They came out to quote the job (arrived when they said they would) and within a few days provided a written estimate We needed to have some carpentry work done before they came to paint, and they were patient with us while we waited to have that done. Once that was done, they quickly worked us into their schedule. They prepped our house and shed very well. They painted meticulously. After they started our job, we added three small things. They were patient with us and charged us fairly for those additions. Sean and Jim are very nice and very professional. They showed up when they said they would, and their entire staff was extremely professional while on our premises. I wish every contractor we have hired or will hire was as customer-focused as they are. We will most definitely use them again and highly recommend them. We got three additional quotes, and their quote was in line with those quotes. We feel that we got a better end result and better customer service than we would have with the other companies who quoted. Thank you, Sean, Jim, and staff for a job VERY well done!

In the family room the walls were somewhat plastered and they sanded everything down to a smooth surface. They were here for about a week and we were extremely satisfied with them. They did a really good job and we definitely like the quality of their work. They cleaned up everyday and were on time. They supervisor stopped by on a regular basis to make sure everything was ok and he actually did some work himself. I highly recommend them.

We interviewed three top-rated painters and picked Pinnacle per a family reference. We made the right choice. Sean and Jim's team did a fantastic job. The quality of the painting was impeccable. They were very professional, ontime and did a great job cleaing up too. The house we purchased was just painted on interior in November, and we purchased in December. The painters hired by prior owner really did a bad job. For example, they left huge roller smears and also painted over outlets, wall switches, and return duct grills. It did not look horrible, but we had no idea how awesome when Pinnacle took on the job. The house was entirely empty, and we essentially had them apply a premium bright white to the ceilings, a semigloss coffee color to the crown moldings and doors, and an eggshell to the walls. Baseboards and shoe molding were also painted with the coffee cream colored semigloss. Even though we spend over $5K, it was worth it. They fixed holes, and cracks, and creases. They removed and patched over all the old window hardware. They removed all the door handles so the we could antique them before reinstalling. At the end of the day, the house looked fresh and astounding. With some new bathroom lights and maybe new countertops, we could easily get more that $15k than we paid. Most of this wow factor was beause of the paint job. I would hire these guys again in a heart beat. The house is really big and it would have taken me FOREVER to do an amature job - glad that we decided to spend the money and let the pros do their job. We have to work on the outside in the spring, and I am thinking that I know just the company to invite to the party.

We used Pinnacle several years ago and they were efficient and did good work. This time we sent them one message and called once to no avail. We used a private painter who did a fantastic job.

All the work was done promptly and with excellent results. They stripped all the old wallpaper and patched all the surfaces to make a good finish to the sheetrock. There were some areas that were badly marred but they did a great job repairing those surfaces. Sean and his crew (which I have used before to paint the exterior of my house) are meticulous in their work, taking great pride in the finished product. Cleanup was excellent. Sean and his crew are punctual, hard-working and professional in all aspects. The finished product is amazing and I am very pleased. I will definitely use this company again.

Everything was handled with great professionalism from start to finish. Sean and his crew accomplished all that they had described and I couldn't be more pleased. Cleanup was thorough and Sean was often on the job checking to make sure I was pleased with all that was happening. It was a great experience leaving me wondering why I have ever done this job by myself in the past!!

Jim and his crew did an excellent job. He came recommended by a realtor. We were living out of town and all of my communications with Jim initially were done by email and telephone. He was responsive, cordial and helpful. He did an excellent job. He was fast and efficient.

After having a great experience with Jim painting our house, I brought him back to sand and stain woodwork. He was great. He came over to the house and discussed the stains, quality, color and type to use. He arranged it that he could do the staining while we were on vacation to save us from the smell. Other than the excellent look of the stain, you would not have known he was in the house. It was spotless. I am listing him twice because he did two very different jobs for us. When we are ready to paint again, I will call Jim.

From the initial estimate to the final touch up everything was very professional. The team would always be on time and took care all the requests. They went out of their way to work around and fix the drywall issues before painting. They also had someone from Porter paints to free color consulting. That really helped. Friendly and knowledgeable team. The end result, the well painted walls, clearly showed their professionalism.

This was the only time that I used them, and they did a very good job. I had to strip the wallpaper and smooth the walls out, but there were still a few areas that needed to be kind of touched up, and they did a very nice job of that. They were very punctual and very responsive. They did a nice job of trying to make sure things were cleaned up as they left as well. They were certainly not a lot cheaper than everyone else but were comparable in price; I don’t think they were any more expensive than anyone else. They did what they were supposed to do, and it was done in an appropriate fashion. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

The quality of their work is excellent. They are very professional and always clean up. I continue to use them and will in the future. highly recemmend them.

We received a quick response from Sean to my e-mail request for information. He came out to look at the job and was very prompt in e-mailing us a quote and an extensive list of references. We also got quotes from two other companies, and although the prices were all very comparable, we were so impressed with Sean that we chose to go with Pinnacle Painting. We received his quote in the winter months, so he said he would call us in May to schedule the work. The work began on May 23. Sean introduced me to his business partner, Jim, and to the rest of the crew. Everyone was very personable and professional. They were very hard-working and really paid attention to detail. The crew worked all day on Monday and Tuesday. We had heavy rain on Wednesday and Thursday, but on Friday, the weather cooperated and they were able to finish the entire job. Our house is 15 years old and now it looks better than when we moved in 11 years ago! "Pinnacle" is the perfect name for this company - everything about them is exceptional! High quality work at an excellent price, and, best of all, they make customer satisfaction their priority. If you are in need of exterior or interior painting, you can't go wrong by calling Sean.

They did a really good job and were very professional. They came back out without hesitation and rectified a few areas that I wasn't completely satisfied with. They I received an Angie's List discount, which I felt was an added business. I am going to use them again for an interior painting job. I would recommend them to others.

Very happy with their work. Sean was very helpful with selecting the colors for the outside. They showed up on time, worked 8AM to 5PM everyday and finished the job on time. Would recommend them to anyone.
