The color we chose was a very dark reddish/orange; the staff of Pinnacle were experienced enough to know how best to apply such a vibrant color. Additionally, some parts of our walls needed special prepping. As usual, we were very pleased with the results.

They were very thorough. They caulked all openings before starting to paint. They pointed out things that I had not noticed. They did an excellent job!

Great work. I've used PP previously and have been very happy with the results both times. Besides the paint job looking good, they clean up well and were accommodating to my schedule (I don't leave for work until 9 am, so they waited until then to start for the day). The owner Sean is a nice guy and very conscientious about getting things right.

Went and left the property in a clean manner. All of the painting was excellent work with fine trim lines, etc. In fact, the bid was a one coat job but after one coat was on the walls they needed a second coat. Pinnacle put on a second coat with no extra labor charge - I picked up the extra paint. Excellent company and I would use them again. However, there did appear to be some communication issues between management and the paint crew. Perhaps a language barrier. The bid indicated to paint the exterior of the front door which was not done. It also indicated to not paint the utility closet which was painted. The crew used an old radio of mine from the garage for music - no big deal. Also, as the crew removed fixed items from the walls such as towel bars and wire closet shelving they loosened the wall anchors on some of the mounts thereby resulting in me having to re-drill and anchor some of the fixtures. Crew was a little rough with removing and rehanging wall hardware. Great panting.

The job was well done, they were punctual and were not messy and cleaned up after themselves. We had them come back out torepaint one small section where the paint had bleed through and they did not charge us for the repair.

Stop. Look no further... These guys were excellent! Price was reasonable and painting job was excellent. I am very very particular and these guys met all my expectations without having to say a word. Impressive....

I quoted 2 different companies. I liked them both, but Jim went the extra step to bring DIF into my house to test a spot and see how long it would take to do the job. Based on that, he was able to give me a day-rate quote as opposed to an open-ended hourly rate quote. That's what allowed me to make the decision to go with his company. I was very pleased with their responsiveness and the quality of the work.

Sean and Jim came to my house to look at the rooms to be painted. They came the same day I called and presented their estimate before they left. Since they were the first company I called, I got two other estimates before making a decision. There was really no contest. Not only was Sean and Jim's estimate the most reasonable, but their professional as well as personable manner clinched it for me. I was amazed at how quickly the work was completed--3 1/2 days from start to finish, and they cleaned up their mess each day. The rooms are beautiful. I will definitely call them again and can recommend them to others without reservation.

THEIR PRICES WERE VERY GOOD AND WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT.

OWNER SEAN SEEMS LIKE A GOOD GUY AND HE AND HIS ASSISTANT DID VERY NEAT WORK FOR WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A REALLY REASONABLE FEE. THEY ALSO DID SOME ADDITIONAL PAINTING THAT I SPRUNG ON THEM WHEN THEY SHOWED UP THE FIRST DAY, BUT IT DIDN'T SEEM TO BE A PROBLEM FOR THEM. NO FLAWS IN THEIR WORK AND THEY LEFT MY HOUSE CLEAN.

THE JOB PERFORMED BY PINNACLE PAINTING FAR EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. FROM THE QUOTE TO CLEAN UP, THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. THEIR PRICE WAS ALSO ON THE LOW END OF THE THREE QUOTES WE RECEIVED. GIVEN THE NUMBER OF WINDOWS THAT NEEDED REGLAZED, THE JOB WAS FAIRLY COMPLICATED. DESPITE THIS COMPLEXITY, THE WORKERS DID QUALITY WORK. ALL THE WINDOWS HAD STORMS WHICH NEEDED TO BE REMOVED. DURING THE TIME THE STORMS WERE REMOVED, THEY GOT RAINED ON. AS PART OF THE CLEAN UP, PINNACLE CLEANED THE STORMS PRIOR TO REPLACING THEM. THIS IS A GREAT EXAMPLE OF THE PROFESSIONALISM THEY SHOWED THROUGHOUT THE JOB. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT AND WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

PRESSURE WASHED, CAULKED, REPLACED ROTTED BOARDS. REPLACED SCREENS. THEY WERE WONDERFUL AND THEIR COST WAS REASONABLE. THEY ARE RELIABLE.

I BELIEVE THE TWO MEN WHO DID THE WORK WERE SEAN AND JIM. JIM (OR SEAN) WAS ON TIME. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, BUT STILL VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE ALSO VERY HELPFUL ABOUT ADVISING ME HOW TO GO ON TO THE NEXT STEP (PAINTING) AND ALL I WOULD HAVE TO DO TO COMPLETE THE JOB. THE ONLY REASON I AM NOT HAVING THEM DO THE PAINTING IS BECAUSE I AM TRYING TO BE THRIFTY. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEM AND THE WORK THEY DID. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY AND WHEN FINANCES ALLOW WOULD CONTACT THEM AGAIN FOR OTHER JOBS.

CLEAN UP WAS REALLY EXCELLENT FROM DAY TO DAY, COULD NOT EVEN TELL THEY WERE THERE.

PREVIOUSLY THEY HAD STRIPPED WALLPAPER IN THESE ROOMS.

SEAN AND JIM DO A GOOD JOB OF REMOVING WALLPAPER AND RETURNING WALLS TO A SURFACE THAT CAN BE EASILY PAINTED. CLEANED UP SUFFICIENTLY AFTER WORKING EACH DAY.

PINNACLE PAINTING DID ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC WORK, FASTER THAN I COULD BELIEVE, AND LEFT MY PLACE CLEANER THAN WHEN THEY ARRIVED. DID A GREAT JOB PREPPING PANELING FOR ITS FIRST PAINT. EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND TRUSTWORTHY CREW. ALWAYS ON TIME. THE BEST HOME SERVICE PROVIDER I'VE EVER WORKED WITH (AND I'VE HAD A LOT OF WORK DONE AT MY HOME).
