They did an excellent job, the price was fair, they were prompt, and kept me updated as to when they would be here and if they ran into weather problems. So far the job has been excellent.

They did very good work. It ended up looking far more finished than I thought it might look. Their price was competitive.

They were wonderful and we were just thrilled with their work. They were here, did everything that we expected them to do and we were just very pleased. We had several estimates and he seemed the most knowledgeable, but, probably pricier than the others, but, we decided we wanted him.

I called for an estimate on Thursday and scheduled an estimate on Saturday afternoon. The owner arrived as scheduled and wrote an estimate on the spot. He spent considerable time discussing the project and describing their processes and materials. The old patio was approx. 10.5 x 11.5, not centered on patio door. Mason?s suggested 12 x 12, centered on door, 4 inch thick with rebar. He gave a projected start date of approx. 2 weeks. I called later and ordered the work. Mason?s was second lowest of three estimates, and provided the best description of the quality of their work and materials. Work was started in 2 ? weeks. (I called at the end of 2 weeks to determine of work was imminent.) The breakout of the patio was started Wed. afternoon (sledge hammer, not jack hammer or Bobcat.) The conditioning and forming for the new patio was done the next day. On Friday the patio was poured and sealed. The patio looks great! The surrounding yard was left in good condition. All is well. I?d suggest this company for others.

They arrived a day earlier than agreed to and completed most of the work before we returned from out-of-town. Other than that, the workmen were very professional and did an excellent job of removal, installation, clean-up and restoration of the area adjacent to the step and walk.

Estimator was busy but called to say running late. Fair estimate, good ideas. Work done within month of original estimate and right on schedule. We are very happy with the job performed.

After the contractor agreed to send an estimator to our house on a Saturday, the estimator never came and never called. We stay home nearly all day to be present for the estimator.

Mike's crew came out, removed the existing broken sidewalk and step, put in gravel to build up the base, affixed rebar to the porch and last good piece of concrete, framed the walk and step and poured the concrete. Mike came later that day before the concrete dried to pattern the sidewalk and step. Three days later, a crew member put sealer on the new concrete and taped off the area so no one would walk on it until it was safe to do so.

Mike and crew worked really hard to get this job done in time and they did it very well. I would recommend them to everybody. His estimate and project proposal was better then other guys(some of them were good too).

They took a lot of time with it. It took them a little bit of time to get to us, but they did an excellent job. They were cooperative in working with our design, and very professional.

It went great! They did a beautiful job and got it done as quickly as possible during a busy time of year. I was very impressed. They were more than my other estimate, but they did more. They evened up bad work from another contractor and replaced some brick that was nearly impossible to find! They also power washed my stone patio. I will highly recommend them to anyone.

Company insisted on owners being present for estimate. We expressed our wishes that company do estimate without our presence. Company insisted on better experience if we were present, so we gave in. Company scheduled estimate meeting and was a no show. Company scheduled 2nd meeting and was a second no show. It was very hard in our schedule to attend either meeting. Very unprofessional and a waste of our time.

Company was late starting job and had to be called several times. After completing job they poured/washed tools in my front yard and destroyed some of the grass. Had to call Mike to get him to fix some damage to the curb which he did after my call and partial payment. They did not do a very good job of cleaning up after they completed work. Additional damage was done to my back yard when they backed up their vehicle when removing the old driveway. In addition, they cut the design in the driveway rather than stencil it as it is the norm as I understand the concrete business!! Wouldn't hire or recommend this company to anyone.

Their price was good. The owner who was in charge was very manner of fact and professional and did a good job, and took quite a bit of time at making an attractive edge finish. The workmen and the owner seemed to have a good working relationship.

They did not show up so I called. When I called on Saturday the office was closed so I left a message. They never returned my call. I felt this was very unprofessional.

Very professional, my wife and I are very pleased with the job they did. Mike Mason was very patient with us. We were not sure of the colors we wanted on the porch and he made every effort to make sure we were happy with the project.

I left a message and Mike, the owner, called back within a day. He came out the next day to give an estimate. The price was in the middle of all the estimates I received. His son came out about a week later to do the power washing and resealing. The patio, porch, and sidewalks look fine, but the driveway looks darker and the coating looks uneven. Mike Jr. came out after I expressed my concerns and explained that it looks uneven due to uneven wear on the concrete from vehicle use, and that it should look more uniform after a few months. He even offered to strip the sealant and redo it next year if it isn't to our satisfaction. We'll see how it looks next spring.

Mason's Northside Concrete did the estimate, all the prep and the pouring and finishing. Overall, I am very happy as the patio is beautiful. I called when Mike was several hours late for the estimate and I had not heard from him, but he came promptly after that. He said they could probably do the work within a week or ten days. After two weeks I had to call again because I had not heard anything. But he sent a crew out the next day and it was finished in two days and I am very happy with the result!! I would definitely use them again.

They completed the job on time and within budget. Mike worked with us to establish the final form for the patio - making good suggestions for the shape and size (to handle patio furniture). He helped us to select an acid stains color for the existing patio to match the new patio.

They installed a new stamped concrete patio. Overall, they were good to clean up after they were finished. There was always a question of when they would be at out place, didn't seem to get a crew together. Shortly after it started cracking and they said there wasn't anything they could do about it. It isn't even, doesn't drain evenly.

Their workmanship was very good. They were easy to work with and they did a very good job. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again in the future.

Everything was performed on time and as scheduled.
