It went well. I agreed to pay the $250 even though I thought it was high. Found out later than MANY companies will clear out drains for much less. Even less than $100. My negative review is based on the extremely high price I paid for a simple drain cleaning. I still like the service tech that came out.

Scheduled a time to meet with them. Their technician contacted me prior to arrival and was out within the time window given. He did a great job listening to the problems we had, then took the time to look over the plumbing in our 100yr old house instead of just going with the diagnosis given over the phone earlier. He came up with a plan and explained it clearly to me. He wanted someone else to review the project before giving me an estimate. This was Friday late afternoon. Told me it would be Monday before they had an estimate to me. It's going on three weeks now, no estimate or no call saying we're not interested. The trip fee they charged just to come take a look was certainly cashed though! Needless to say, my business will go elsewhere from now on. Sure feels like they just came out to charge a trip fee with no intent of pursuing the work.

Prompt scheduling and response. Nate was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the reason for the slow sink drainage and made sure the system in the whole house was functioning by the time he left.

Technician arrived, examined what needed to be done, got his tools (special tools were likely needed to reach the nuts holding the faucet assembly in place, deep up into the back of the utility sink), and completed the work in just a few minutes, leaving behind no mess, only a perfectly installed faucet assembly.

We had a rusty gas pipe that was leaking. Isley responded quickly and made the necessary repairs in short order. Am very pleased with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

He was on-time, courteous, and professional. The valve had never been replaced. He did some extraordinary work in freeing the old valve and getting it replaced.

Shawn was very helpful, explaining things that were wrong and other solutions. He fixed everything he could fix, but the outside sump line was frozen. He suggested we pump the water out till things thawed out.

I called L.E. Isley and they were able to get me an appointment the same day. Shaun came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was upfront and told me what the worst case scenario would be. I appreciated his honesty. He was professional and cleaned up when he completed the work. Would definitely recommend L.E. Isley to anyone.

I called them on Thursday morning and told them it was an emergency (I had no water pressure in the house). They arrived within 2 hours and fixed the problem immediately. I could not believe how reasonable the charge was. I have used them before and will not use anyone else. They are just excellent. I really didn't think there were companies left like them. I can't rate them high enough!

Isley & Sons had previously installed my current water heater almost six years ago -with a six year warranty - and I remembered how impressed I was back then. So yesterday when I discovered shortly after 6am that the water heater had been leaking very rusty water, I quickly showered, turned the inlet valve off, turned off the circuit breaker, and called Isley & Sons and left a message. They returned my call soon after 7:30 and said I'd be fit in sometime between 8 and 4. So in the afternoon, I received a call and was also sent an email with the picture of the plumber who would be here. He called ten minutes before he arrived too. He began to drain the old tank and assessed what was needed, and then he called another employee to bring over the new tank.. Then the two of them wrestled out the old and brought in the new (my furnace/water heater & softener closet has very little wiggle room) and there was no damage to anything. I also have a new pan under the tank because my rather ancient one had a crack. They very efficiently completed the replacement, including modifying the copper pipes, cleaning up the rusty water, and so on. The price covered the labor, the new warranty, and the new indestructible pan under the heater. Both visits from Isley & Sons have been a pleasure and I have especially appreciated the unbelievably fast response and professionalism of all the staff including the office person who initially returned my call - so, yes, I would hire them again!

My appointment was confirmed by email and followed by a reminder. The friendly plumber arrived promptly and worked briskly. He confirmed that nearby pipes were not part of the leak. An Angie's List coupon provided a discount.

Both repairs went great. The plumber, Andy, was extremely knowledgeable and provided different repair options to help save money.

Much better than expected! The technician quickly discerned that only a setting on the faucet needed changed. Because he only adjusted the setting he charged nothing for the service. He also waived the service call due to an Angies List coupon!

The service technician was prompt, courteous, personable, and most importantly efficient as he quickly identified and repaired the problem. His company is the oldest plumbing company in the greater Indianapolis area with years of experience. I am not convinced that other plumbing companies would have identified and fixed the problem as quickly and efficiently as he did.

They got here on time and did it in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price.

Great! They found quite a bit of a greasy type of build up. Jake and Mike were courteous, punctual, professional and did a great job!

I tried doing this myself without success. They had the tools and ability to do the job and made it look easy. Since I had to order the replacement rod, they had to come back to put that in and gave me a bit of a break on the price, which I appreciated. Very good job.
