Bill Hall is awesome!!!!! We needed to replace 3 toilets in our 32 year old home. He met with us personally to advise of the types toilets available. He was willing to inquire whether it was possible to get a round and bone colored toilet. He installed all 3 toilets in a very timely and professional manner. He cleaned up after finishing his job. He also rebuilt a faucet in one of the bathrooms. He was pleasant and professional when he had to return to take care of a leak below the sink. We have NEVER used any other plumbing company than Isleys!! Family owned and operated----and it SHOWS!!!!

LE Isley was the third company that was requested to come to our home as it was discovered there were quite a few gas leaks. The first two companies' quotes were much more than we estimated. After taking a look at different sources on the internet, we decided to call LE Isley. We were very pleased with the estimate that we were given and the estimate of the repairs that were recommended.. Gabe was our technician. Not only did he arrive in a timely manner, he did a great job in replacing the gas line. I'm very happy to say that we now have heat. I've already started recommending LE Isley to my friends and would definitely call on them again for any future repairs.

Shawn and Colin showed up right on time, fixed the valves and were gone in under 30 minutes. These guys are quick, very clean and professional. Every visit is a success and the price is always right. I'll never use another plumbing company!

Isely was very responsive to my call and fitted me in for a same day appointment. Jake was very professional and explained that my ejector pump was shot and needed replacing walking me through the troubleshooting steps he took to arrive at the conclusion. They replace the pump in the same visit and the pump has been working well since.

Plumber was professional, but lacked personality and kindness - he was too direct. The work he did is satisfactory. We were charged a $25 “trip fee” even though their description on Angie’s list said they serviced Fishers - knowing they are in Westfield. Due to the trip fee we will not be using them again.

Scott and Jeremy came to install a new toilet and inspect/correct bathroom faucets. On my first visit to inspect my faucets, Scott asked if I needed any other plumbing inspected. I mentioned that I had a friend install a new toilet wax ring but my friend did not have the ability to trim the flange. Scott checked out the toilet, and noticed it was quite wobbly, and told me that this may further damage the flange or influence the slab integrity. We discussed options/costs of possible repairs or just installing a new toilet. I requested a new toilet. We scheduled a date to complete both jobs. Scott and Jeremy arrived promptly, worked professionally and were great to work with. I will "definitely" use this company, and these two plumbers in future! Thank you for a job well done!!!

Been using Isley for 30 years - always super work, fast response and reasonable cost. Often advise minor repair will take care of it when major repair feared or requested!

Everything was great. We realized we didn't have hot water on a Friday morning. I called Isley and they were able to squeeze us in that day so that we didn't have to go all weekend without hot water. Olga was so nice and accommodating on the phone and Dennis was very nice and professional and completed the needed repair. We have used Isley for many pluming needs and we have always received exceptional service. We highly recommend them.

The leak was located within half an hour and the problem resolved 15 minutes later. Plumber was prompt and professional. Price was reasonable.

I'm an Angie's List provider myself and when I need plumbing help in my own home, beyond my talents, I call Isley. I have absolutely no vested interest in this review - I call, they come, I pay. Great service and pricing, no up-selling. Always my go-to plumber.

The service technician, Dennis, was very nice and easy to work with. He took care to place shoe guards on his feet when walking through our home. He seemed sincere in making sure our plumbing system was working correctly. The next day, I realized we didn't get the $20 off for being an Angie's List member so I called their office. Dawn , in the office, called to state we would get a credit back on our charge for the Angie's List discount which was most appreciated. We are first time users of this company and will use them again.
