The plumber called before he came and arrived on set time. The company also sent an email with a photo of the plumber coming.( a good plus ) When he arrived he assessed my problem and then gave me a price to fix it. I approved it and he went to work fixing the valves. He fixed the problem and gave me an estimate on a future problem. ( water heater ) I would give the plumber 5 stars

Wanted someone to come out and check my water softener to see if it could be repaired or needed to be replaced, and to confirm if I did or didn't have a water leak. They checked water softener, found and repaired a water leak, very professional, punctual, and very courteous technicians. I was very pleased with them.

I had called Isley the previous week to inspect my sump pump, water softener, and water heater. The first two were fine but the water heater (which had been producing rusty water recently) was about to fail. So I ordered a replacement for the water heater and two damaged faucets. These were installed five days later, briskly and competently. The plumber showed me the extra performance features on the heater. On the previous visit, he had cleaned debris out of a shower head and faucet bubbler that greatly improved water flow. I've used Isley for years and this was another good service experience.

They were super-competent, fair, courteous, organized and professional. A different plumber was unable to help us with a mysterious gas leak. These guys came in and persisted until the problem was fixed - they went over and above in multiple ways. From here on out, we will only use L. E. Isley and Sons. We've finally found a plumbing company we can rely on and trust.

Quickly. Service Tech confirmed that the problem was with the manufacturer-supplied flexible plastic connector and replaced it with an identical brass one. $25 travel cost, $65 labor and parts.

The plumbers showed up on time, assessed the situation, gave us an estimate of the work to be done and set the job up for the following day. Once again they arrived on time completed the work in less time than anticipated and cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly and very professional.

I moved into a new home and unfortunately have had several plumbing issues from a gas leak, to outdoor water spicket needing replaced, to a shower spout needing replaced to the most recent which was a turn off valve installed off my main water line for the irrigation system. Every time I have had a knowledgeable, helpful service representative come out. Each time the problem has been fixed. Each time the technician went out of his way to show me or explain to me the issue. Highly recommend!

After replacing a washing machine, we noticed a leak at the valve. We suspected the valve might need to be replaced. We contacted at least 6 different plumbers, several via Angies list, late Thursday night, asking for the possibility of a Friday appointment. (This is a second home and we had lunch planned with family. One of us was going to have to miss it.) Isley was the FIRST to respond (530am, others still have not replied) and said they could send someone out in the 12-2pm slot. I told them I'd be here all day so if there were earlier openings they could call and send someone. At 930 am, a plumber (Jordan) called to say he had an opening and could be out in 15 minutes ! Jordan arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem to be much simpler than I had thought it would be. He quickly fixed the issue and only charged the $25 diagnostic fee since the fix was quick and simple. Jordan was friendly, professional, and had a great sense of humor. Overall, communication was fantastic and fast. And, I don't have to miss our long-planned family lunch...we both get to go! We will definitely call them again to help fix issues on our second home here in Indianapolis.

I called Isley to clean out a bathtub drain, and to replace that drain, which was rusted and not working properly. They also needed to replace a waste and overflow behind the tub. The technician Jordan Hermann was prompt, courteous, professional, and competent, and the work was accomplished at a reasonable price. I've used Isley for all my plumbing needs for many years, and their technicians are invariably experienced, competent, and professional. I would recommend them without reservation.

2nd time I've had faucets replaced. They always do good work.

The plumber checked a toilet leak in our guest bathroom and found a cracked tank. We had to have a whole new toilet put in. He helped us select a matching color. It was ordered and installed with only a three day wait. We asked for an experienced plumber to come out to do the work. Bill Hall was sent. He was great and we would ask for him in the future.

Technicians did an excellent job with the installation. The work performed was of high quality, timely and professional. I have used Isley on several occasions and have been very satisfied.

Repair was was done quickly and efficiently, even in a very inaccessible location.

Andy arrived on time and did a very professional job. He had to install new pipes in order to put the unit out of the way and where I wanted it. No problem. When he finished, he cleaned up, and instructed me on the operation of the unit. All in all, the process went very well.

Recently, we updated our downstairs half-bath and had planned to have the sink and vanity replaced. After I removed the old sink-vanity, the shut-off valves failed so I called Isley to do the repairs. The plumber, Rik, fixed the valves and also gave me an estimate on installing the new sink-vanity. The work was scheduled for the following week. As before, Rik showed up on time and performed the job exactly the way we wanted. A few days later, we were having new flooring installed which required our clothes washer to be moved. When the installers reconnected the washer, the cut-off valve failed. Again, I called Isley and Rik again performed the repairs. A few days later, the kitchen sink drain became stopped-up. I called Isley and this time Jordan was there promptly, within hours, to clear the drain.
