Description of Work: We have trusted Isley & Sons with about every plumbing concern, for over 20 years. Most recently, it was a shower head that was spraying water all of the area. They are usually able to respond within a day or two. They are ALWAYS on time. The service technicians wear booties on their shoes to protect your carpet/floors. They evaluate the problem, diagnosis it and tell you what they plan to do to correct the problem BEFORE they begin to work. They take no breaks. In all of these years, they had the necessary replacement item or necessary tools/equipment, on the truck so there is no delay in getting to the job and fixing it. They have also fixed run on toilets, stuck or slow sinks, drained toilets, routed sinks, replaced a hot water heater, added new water pipes and replaced toilets. I have never once had to call them back to do a better job or fix what they thought was fixed. We trust them 100% for all plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Called Isley Plumbing based on their rating on Angie's List. Spoke w/Sherry Isley who informed me that Jason would be out the following Wednesday (7/23) between 10:00 and noon. I took time off from work and waited home for Jason. At 12:30 Jason was still a no show; no call and my husband called Isley and was told that Jason had been held up and could they reschedule for Friday between 10:00 and noon. We agreed. I called Thursday afternoon to reverify that Jason would come Friday morning as I had to take off from work again. At 11:00 am on Friday I called Isley again to verify that Jason would be there by noon. I was told that he would. At 12:30 I called Isley again to see where Jason was and received a voice recording and I left a message. At 1:10 pm I received a call back that they were still planning on sending Jason that day. I told them to forget it as I had to get to work and I was calling a different plumber now. I think that their phone recording about family-owned, dedication, and service is totally false. With the exception of my first call to Sherry Isley this business has acted as if they could care less about my plumbing concerns and my time. Please do not keep them on your list. Thank you.

Description of Work: I thought our outside faucet had leaked into the house - our carpets were all wet. They came out immediately and did a very thorough check. It was not a leak, but rather ground water. I was only charged the diagnostic fee.
