Description of Work: They did lawn aeration. He did a pretty good job. It was a little costly, but he used heavy duty equipment that uses deeper plugs and is more effective He left some scuff marks on my basement window, but he is supposed to be coming back to fix that.

Description of Work: DESIGNED THE LANDSCAPING FOR THE FRONT OF OUR HOUSE. THEY DID AN ACCEPTABLE JOB, BUT WHEN KURT DELONG (OWNER) CAME OUT STATED PLANTS PLANTED TOO CLOSE AND THAT THE NEW SOD MAY DIE IN A YEAR OR TWO BECAUSE THERE WASN'T ENOUGH LIGHT. THIS JOB WAS DONE A YEAR AND A HALF AGO IN LATE FALL, LOOKED GREAT THEN. SINCE THEN MY SHRUBS ARE GROWING TOGETHER, I AM CONSTANTLY TRIMMING TO PREVENT THE HEDGE LOOK. I HAVE HAD TO REPLACE 4 SHRUBS THAT DIED AND HAVE TWO MORE THAT ARE NOT DOING WELL. I HAVE SINCE LEARNED THAT THE PLANTS THAT DIED NEEDED FULL OR AT LEAST PARTIAL SUN AND THE AREA IS NEARLY ALL SHADE. WE TOPPED TREES TO TRY TO GET MORE LIGHT. YOU WOULD THINK A LANDSCAPER WOULD PLANT PLANTS THAT COULD SURVIVE THE LOCATION. I WAS PROMISED A LANDSCAPE THAT WOULD REQUIRE LITTLE OR NO TIME TO CARE FOR, I NOW SPEND MORE TIME CUTTING AND TRIMMING THAN I EVER DID. I AM THINKING ABOUT PULLING UP THE SHRUBS AND SPACING THEM CORRECTLY. MORE WORK I HADN'T PLANNED ON.

Description of Work: BUILD RETENTION WALL AND LANDSCAPE TREES AROUND HOUSE. VERY EXPENSIVE. PROMISES TO YOU THAT HE WILL BE ON THE JOB ON A DAILY BASIS. HE WAS NEVER ON THE JOB SITE. OVERCHARGED ME FOR MATERIALS THAT WERE NOT USED. TRIED TO CHARGE ME MORE WHEN I REQUESTED SOME ADDITIONAL WORK THAT WAS PART OF THE ORIGINAL WORK REQUEST.
