I've been a long time customer, mostly for seasonal maintenance but also had them do a larger repair job in my yard this year. But this year, they had significant office turnover and I received an invoice for work I never requested (a backflow test, which was performed). The office is insistent that the work was done at my request, which I vehemently deny, as I am consciously not having this test performed, and have not for a few years now. Their office is even insisting it could have been my wife, which is also false. They are refusing to accept that it is their error, and now will not do any more work for us until this bill is paid. I was willing to put aside all of the weak communications and delays earlier this year because of their office turnover, but now, THEY HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER FOREVER.

I appreciated the beautiful design that Kurt came up with and the installation went well. Kurt was up front about the options and prices and that helped with the decision making. However, I was disappointed that the patio has several indentations where the workers used their weight by stepping on the boards that made the indentations. Clearly the weight did not distribute evenly and these indentations are visible to the naked eye and of course retain water. I let Kurt know but after the concrete settled it seems there is nothing to be done about it. It gives a less than professional finish. Work was done in 2017.

Kurt and his team were wonderful. Our patio is absolutely beautiful. We are extremely pleased.

K.D. Landscaping is owned by Kurt DeLong and is a highly professional and reputable company for installation and repairs of your underground lawn irrigation system. I had a new irrigation system improperly installed by Xtreme Irrigation on 6/14/2019 of which they would not do followup repairs of my underground lines that were installed by Xtreme Irrigation partially outside of my property boundaries. K.D. Landscaping came to the rescue to put the system back into compliance of my plot plan and to correct many issues that were not installed properly by Xtreme Irrigation. There are very few irrigation system companies that would want to try to fix someone else’s mistakes. But, Mr. Kurt DeLong of K.D. Landscaping addressed all the problems so the system was working properly within my property boundaries. It was a major undertaking that took 4.5 days to complete by 8/8/2019. K.D. Landscaping did an excellent job and I would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants the best job done, using the best materials and vendor equipment at a reasonable and affordable price. Mr. DeLong was always courteous and honest to help me make the best of a bad situation.

They did great, but they were too expensive. They were so busy that they were not there when they said they would be.

Things went well, but decided to handle the tasks ourselves. Obviously, over the years, there were some minor issues, and KD Landscaping always made an effort to make sure we were happy.

Kurt DeLong worked with us to design what we wanted. The crew was well mannered and worked diligently to complete the project around weather delays. The finished product is even better than what we envisioned.

I was very impressed. The whole experience was easier then anticipated and I was very impressed with the finished product. The owner came over personally to make sure the job was being done to my expectations.

Contracted and completed in 48 hours. Overall fast and efficient.

Contacted KD Landscaping multiple times to get quote for front of house pull out of old shrubs, design new layout, raise beds and install new plants. Spoke on phone twice but no one ever showed up on discussed days to offer quote.

Kurt is very good at what he does and is very thorough. He was very careful in planning the work that they did, and once it was complete he came back to make sure we were happy and offered to redo anything we were not happy with - but there was nothing we wanted to change. When researching landscapers, I found some less expensive options, but really not much less - maybe 5-10%. I had one of the cheaper guys install two trees before hiring Kurt, and eventually had to have Kurt come and fix the poor job they did. Overall I'm pleased with the work done, and will likely do more with KD in the future. I also appreciated walking around the yard with Kurt and getting some advice on how to care for the plants and things that I already had

Kurt, the owner, stopped by and corrected the issue with the sprinkler system before I even had a chance to check it again. I'm very impressed with follow through that KD Landscaping offers. Great service. No charge for his follow up.

My sidewalk was chipped and in need of TLC because it had been neglected. Even though the company who originally poured the concrete was long gone after a just a few years, KD Landscaping's team came out to repair and seal it. They were on time and doing their job within minutes. Even though it wasn't a large quote by any means, they treated me as if there was no difference. It's safe and beautiful now, especially the walkway leading up to the front door. I recommend them without any reservations.

Scheduling the appointment was easy they were on time and called pior to arrival. They were fast, friendly and thoroughly checked the system for leaks and broken sprinkler heads.

It went great, Kurt the owner came out to talk to us about our needs and wants. He was very professional and listened to what we were wanting to achieve. He offered many great ideas and we were able to incorporate them into what we were wanting, he has a great eye for turning your patio into a work of art. His employees on the job site were very knowledgeable and friendly. I was amazed by how quickly they were able to remove the existing Older patio and start installing the mound where several arborvitae trees were to be installed. They poured over 600 square fee of stamped concrete very quickly - it is beautiful the color is amazing. The rose bushes and other plants he installed are stunning. Our "Old Ugly" patio has been turned into a paradise - We simply love it and feel like we are on vacation in our own back yard - Thanks Kurt you gave it the "WOW" Factor!

Kurt was in contact with me with an estimate for the job. The work was done prompltly and well. I would recommend them.

K-D Landscaping finished the project in a timely fashion. They cleaned up the job site everyday during the project. The owner was present on job site everyday and made himself available to use to answer questions daily. The overall experience was excellent and the finished product has exceeded our expectations.

I have been using Kurt and his company now for over 3 years for various issues regarding my lawn irrigation system. Kurt is one of the most personable and pleasant individuals you will ever deal with. He is excellent at what he does, and would never consider using anyone else for my lawn irrigation and any future projects I am planning.

They were professional in what they did. They did not clean up as well as I would have liked. I had to clean up the yard quite a bit. The system works fine and they explained it well. They were professional towards me, but I wish they would have cleaned the yard up a bit more.

They did a beautiful job and they edged all of the beds. We planted four trees with them. They also service our irrigation system. They winterize it, and then open it in the spring. The staff in their office is wonderful. That would include Marcia and Judy, they do all of the work for him. When you start a project with them, Kurt the owner, will come out to your property and make sure the workers know exactly what to do. The price is the total for all services.

I used Kurt Delong (KD Landscaping) for installation of our irrigation system, but was provided with so much more. Kurt personally spoke with me on multiple ocassions and, on the day of installation, explained and fine-tuned the irrigation system completely. He uses good quality irrigation product (Hunter), and his crew works efficiently and professionally. Most impressive about Kurt is his attention to detail. After completing the installation, dirt was replaced in the "ruts" created by the equipment, and the lawn was re-seeded in these areas. He replaced mulch that was disturbed during installation as well. Most important to me is that Kurt is a landscaper first, and his entire design is tailored to our specific landscaping. His knowledge of landscaping is profound, as is the pride he takes in his work, which is apparrent at every step of the process. We sought advice on multiple other outdoor issues while Kurt was around, and he spent a lot of time with us and was so thorough. If you are considering irrigation, landscaping, outdoor lighting, concrete work, etc., you are doing yourself a disservice if you do not at least talk to Kurt before choosing a professional.

It went wonderfully. They have been doing my landscaping for a couple of years now, and they are always prompt and have great follow up.
