I have a ton of leaves. In order to maximize the value of the coupon, I blew my back yard leaves into a row and instructed the guys to focus on removing those. They did as much as they could within the three hour time frame. No complaints there. They did a good job, in fact, I think they went a little over three hours. My qualms are with the timeliness--they were backed up so I was pushed out a week or so--and price. I bought it, so there was no hidden fee or anything, but $135 for three hours equates to $45/hr! I'd have done it myself for half that!

They did a good job. The workers were very efficient and did the job while my husband was home.

I was not happy with what they did. I purchased the Big Deal in toward the end of October in the hopes of that they could get to me in a timely fashion. They communicated with me very slowly and they said that they had weather problems because we had an early snow in November. They also said they had other things they need to do. There was slowness in response and the guys came out and did the work. They didn't do one part of the lawn and I didn't realized it after they left that they missed part of the lawn. I complained a bit because my money was tied up for three to four weeks and then the job wasn't completed properly. I was out of town and they didn't call about it but I did write a review thinking that they would see it and call me. The guys that came out and people who I talked to over the phone numerous times were fine.

They were fine. I had them come out before a large family event. They did more than I expected. I didn't know how far 3 hours of service would go, but they were very efficient and got everything done.

They communicated very well. I knew exactly when they were coming, the work was done to my satisfaction, and it looks great.

Provider had quick response for scheduling and was easy to work with, performed the work that had been requested and I was not required to be there, which was nice.

Date of service and $ amount are approximate. Work was scheduled within a reasonable amount of time and accomaplished on time.

I purchased the "deal" on November 5. Initial company contact by phone was prompt. I was told I would be contacted in a couple days to schedule. I called them on November 11 when I did not hear from them. The lady I spoke with said the early winter weather had put them behind for their leaf removal jobs. I understood. She told me she would have someone call me. I heard from someone on November 18, 7 days later. The message left said they would be working nov 20, 21 and 22 on leaf removal. They did not come those days. They did show up on November 25. Both gentlemen were very professional and accomplished the job in 1 1/2 hrs. However, I did not check the yard. My lot is pie-shaped and part of the lot was not cleared of leaves. I have not reported that to Greenlawn. In the future, I would suggest they communicate better with their clients. They were slow to respond because of weather. I understand that but a phone call to check in would have made all the difference b

Was very nice speaking with and scheduling the 3 hours of leaf cleaning. Was very good at responding back right after my call. The work was done great.

Scheduling went fine. Once the weather dried up enough after the cold snap, they came right out. A couple crew members came to complete the job. They took all of the leaves they had picked up with them. However, there were some that they never picked up. I feel that I got what I had paid for. They did okay for the work.

Very disappointed. The company had so many appointments I got pushed too far into the future. It snowed and then the leaves were all wet so it took 2x as long to remove and instead of my entire job getting done, I got about 1/2 of the leafs removed. Dry leaves are easier to remove and quicker then wet! It took 3 phone calls to get this scheduled and I was not called back in a timely fashion. Bad experience all around and now this spring I will be left to do the work.

We were so pleased with the customer service and the yard clean up that was done in a timely manner. Due to the early snow we experienced in November, the owner personally came to our house to meet with us and made sure his crew did a good job. They were fair, communicated well and did everything they promised- in a very timely manner. Thank you Greenlawn by Design,we will recommend you to anyone!

All communication was through email, which was fine. Everything turned out OK. Scheduling was also fine.

It turned out fine and they do a good job. He has been taking care of my lawn for 3-4 years. If you schedule they will get right on it. Their prices are reasonable.

It worked out fine. Scheduling was pretty easy. The debris removal was satisfactory.

I wasn't there, but the yard looks great!! This was a Big Deal and they were extremely pro active about reaching out to me to work with my schedule, considering when's trees had dropped most leaves & the weather. They were awesome about following up!

It was great. We scheduled the job on a day that I was going to be at work. They emailed and called me to let me know the tech had come by.

It turned out okay. I wished they had communicated better. My wife bought the deal and she asked them whether our yard exceeded the deal amount or not. She also asked if they could spread more seed in some places. The rep was supposed to get the info and call her back. Unfortunately, they dropped the ball and I had to call them back 4-5 days later to find out the answers. They did come out and it appears as though they did a decent job. However, the lack of communication was an issue for us.

They did a ton of work and are fabulous. They helped with the bed cleanup, pulled weeds out and moved stuff around. They removed an old waterfall and put up new lattace. They sent a bright and personable young man to do the work. It looked fabulous after they did the work.

The worker showed up and we were happy. It seemed like the process went pretty quickly & they showed up on time.

They showed up, and did the job while I was not at home. Scheduling was done through the Angie's List website. I won't know how things went until the Spring comes.

Scheduled promptly and completed in a timely and professional manner.
