Things went very well. Fertilizer kept lawn green all year long and weeds were totally under control since weed killer was provided over entire lawn with each fertilizer application.

Lawn never looked better. Prompt and professional. Highly recommend them.

GreenLawn by Design performed an analysis of my lawn. They determined the cause of the poor performing lawn and outlined a process that they felt would fix the situation. They provided details of the process and gave me a price for the treatments. I’m happy to report that my lawn is now in the best condition that it ever has been! Thank you GreenLawn by Design. I don't remember the cost, maybe it was like $100 or something like that, I think so.

They show when they are supposed to. They always leave a sign so I know to keep the dogs off and to let me know they've been there. The lawn looks good and they do it in a professional manner.

They do a good job. I never have to call they just show up and show on time.

Technician came out looked at the lawn, said someone would contact me in September... Never heard from them so I just did it myself.

Scheduled to take place on Friday, nobody came. They just showed up on Saturday. Damaged my sidewalk with the aerator, the seed was only placed in spots. I was contacted by an employee who apologized and said they would be out same day or next day to plant seed again. They came 2 days later. Again, nobody called to tell me.

Massive delays. Unprofessional job. Will take months if not years to repair the damage that was done.

Royce, the owner, was wonderful to work with. Very kind, professional, and a hard working man. His crew were all top notch and also very hardworking. They worked and pushed through some difficult/humid days- they were on time, courteous, and professional. I would without any reservation recommend Greenlawn by Design, we were thrilled with the outcome of our vision!

It was great, we had lots of rain over multiple days in the area and they were still very prompt during the busy season. Everything we asked for was completed to satisfaction and the yard looks great.

I had hoped the 4 treatments would be applied in the spring, early summer, late summer and fall (like my previous lawn services did). However, the contractor applied 4 treatments in the spring and summer, and offered to provide two additional treatments in the fall for an additional fee. The treatments I received were applied unevenly, and resulted in burn spots that had to be replanted this spring. I will not be using this service provider again.

The experience was excellent. They were on time, professional, and very attentive. They were very easy to work with.

Very Pleased, Very easy and well worth it, my lawn was very compacted and definitely needed the service. I don't think it had ever been previously. Great Job!

As I review the job that was done, it appears that the hill on my property was not aerated properly and as a result the overseeding did not do any good. Plus, the owner sent his kid to do the hill the day after the initial aerating (except for the hill).

It seemed to go well. Won't really know until new grass seed starts working. Too soon to tell.

Great. Called Royce in the late fall as I hadn't gotten the lawn aerated yet. He was able to email me a quote that same evening that I could accept. He was able to come out within a couple days to perform the aeration and overseeding. Expect to see this help the lawn for the coming season. Will likely use Greenlawn for a seasonal treatment to help a patchy lawn with lots of trees.

OK, although over seeding was not effective and at least once they applied liquid treatment when it was raining.

The services were not completed. A large portion of the leaf cleanup was left in my front yard/street without any follow-up or notice from the company. I had to eventually clean this up myself (after a large snowfall). I purchased the service in 2015. After speaking to one of the owner's about the situation, they let me know I would not need to pay the invoice. Off and on since 2015, I received random request for payment of the services, and each time Iet the company know what happened. In March 2017, the company sent me an email saying if I did not pay I would be sent to collections agencies. They claimed I had never complained about their services, citing their internal records as the source. When I asked for a copy of their records, they said I would need to come to the office to look at them.

I am sure I have given my review; in fact, more than once. I do not know why it is not recorded. Absolutely excellent service.

Lawn started to look better very quickly, and was decent all summer. Looking forward to an even better lawn next year as we won't be starting from severe damage.
