I had a short window of time available to get some fixtures hung when a do it yourself job turned out to be beyond my comfort level. They were able to accommodate my schedule, even coming a little early. The electrician was friendly, informative and professional. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

The electrician was honest and upfront when it came to our particular issue. He quickly performed the work as promised. We will need additional work performed in the near future, and would not hesitate to contact Electric Today for that work as well!

We had a technician out to determine what the problem was. He was very familiar with our electrical system and equipment, and was able to pinpoint the problem fairly quickly. He gave us a pressure-free estimate with additional recommendations based on his experience with the system. When the work was done, technicians were professional and efficient. I would hire them again!

We had a very complicated situation that I needed help with. Our daughter has a property that is on the market and she has received an offer based on the contingency of repairing a few items. There was an outside outlet that had no power. I contacted Electric Today and was very well pleased with the response. My daughter lives out of state as do we so we were not able to meet an electrician at the site. After explaining the situation to Lonna in the office she was very gracious to help us. I called on Wednesday and she made an appointment for Thursday. On Thursday, I received a call notifying me that the electrician was on his way. In a matter of minutes I had another call from a gentleman telling me that the outlet had a loose wire, it was repaired and in operating order. When asked what the charge was, he declined to take a credit card number from me and did not charge for the call! I contacted other electricians but no one would help me unless we had someone who could meet them at the site. Hats off to Electric Today--they saved the day! We are now able to proceed with the sale of the property.

Called twice and received a voice mail message. Not going to do business with a company that is too big to speak to someone live to address my project needs.

I appreciated Mike's willingness to give me an estimate over the phone after describing the problem. They replaced the electrical meter base that was improperly installed and falling away from the house. Justin installed a new meter base to the brick. They got the necessary permit and coordinated with IPL to disconnect the service. I was pleased with their work.

I called, and was advised to repeat some steps to try to restore power to a circuit. I followed the directions and the circuit was restored. It turned out a service call was unnecessary. I will certainly call Electric Today again, when in need of electrical help.
