Gary Baugh arrived on time. Got right to work replacing the damaged outlet outside for our pool. He had given me a quote for the job and actual work was $1 less than quote. He also put a plastic weather protector over the outlet!

Was able to come out on a weekend to give me a quote, made sure I understood exactly what his plan to resolve my problem was, and fixed another easily-resolved issue I didn't even know about for free while he was doing the work I had hired him for.
