Great, he was here within 2 hours, called before he came from the previous job, was profession and friendly, and only charged me $10 to pick the lock, plus $55 service call charge (other locksmiths charge $60). And he was able to come quickly. I tried 2 other locksmiths first, one could come in about 6 hours, and one not until the next day, and they were quoting me a more expensive service call charge. I was completely happy with the whole experience.

Craig arrived within 3 hours of my call. He was able to repair the lock instead of replacing it. He also took the time to show me the routine maintenance I could perform on all the locks in the house to extend their life.

He was prompt, thoroughly knowledgeable, agreeable and very reasonable costs.

Craig was one of the few locksmiths I called that works on automobile locks. He was prompt to call back and came the same day to look at the car. He described the options, preferring not to drill the lock if at all possible. He ended up pulling out the back seat and crawling into the trunk, rigging up a wire to unlock the trunk from the inside. When he was done with the job, the remote was working again as well as the lock release in the glove compartment. Craig showed genuine concern for my daughter's safety in not having access to the spare tire in the trunk. He is very professional, neat in appearance and knowledgeable. I will recommend him highly to anyone who needs a locksmith for any job.

Craig (the owner) came out, is very pleasant to work with, and really knows his stuff. He also takes the time to explain what the problem is and how he can fix it. We've used his service 3x now. It is a $55 flat service fee, plus a fee for any work they do. He did get caught up with customers locked out of their homes/cars, so our apt. got pushed back, but he didn't call to alert us. We had to call. But he was very apologetic and got there almost immediately thereafter. I would not hold that against him when needing locksmith services in the future. We'd definitely use him again!!

CRAIG WAS A LITTLE LATE IN GETTING TO US (HIS PHONE SERVICE SAID HE WOULD BE ONE TO TWO HOURS IN GETTING TO US WHEN IT WAS REALLY FOUR HOURS), BUT HIS WORK AND HIS HELPFUL DEMEANOR WAS WONDERFUL. HE STAYED LATE, WORKED HARD, AND EVEN OFFERED US A LOT OF FREE ADVICE.

HE WAS VERY NICE GUY. HE KNEW THE AREA. I APPRECIATED THAT.
