He changed out two cores and installed a new door handle. Craig also made a couple of other helpful suggestions such as tightening door hinges, etc.

He was on time and courteous. He completed the job quickly.

He did a fantastic job! Was quick and very nice, as well as reasonably priced. He was super helpful and we will for sure be using him for all future work!

Talk to him on Saturday, he stated he could probably do it on Monday or Tuesday and would call me on Monday. Never called. When I reached out to him, he forgot he ever talked to me. Price kept changing. Anything after 3 is considered after hours (this should be noted by AL) and we went from a 60 service call to 70, a dollar more a lock after 3 to $5 more a lock, from 25-30 to re-key to $55-60.

Work went great. He even adjusted the door hinges and explained to make other changes myself.

Great. Adjusted door lock on front door and placed new lock on sunroom door. Very professional. I have not needed a locksmith before so I cannot judge price but I was very satisfied with service. I found Craig on Angie's list.

He came out was here for 30 minutes told me that he could not replace The locking mechanism trying to sell me on another type lock that could only be key locked from the outside. And then charge me $80 to do absolutely nothing. The service fee on Angie's list says $60 so I don't understand the extra $20. The lock that he said he could not replace I was able to find a replacement lock at Lowe's and ended up replacing it myself. What a rip off!

Craig was super professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He helped identify the issues with our locks and fixed them in a timely fashion with very reasonable pricing. He gave us solid maintenance tips to keep our new locks/bolts working properly for a long time to come. I would recommend him to anyone and will call Craig again for any other similar service needs!

Craig showed up on time. He had called in advance to say he was on his way. He looked at the door and saw that due to the cold weather the door was not hanging as vertical as normal. He adjusted the hinges with an allen wrench and then had to drill some holes slightly larger in the door frame to make the locking system engage better. The door locks smoothly again. Craig was knowledgeable and friendly.

It went quickly. He came as soon as possible. He also gave me lots of advice. He was professional. I will call him again with any locksmith needs!

Excellent! Called in morning and adjusted schedule to fit me in. Prompt response and price for unexpected need. Work was completed much faster than expected.

The handles were Kwickset custom latch handles which had to be matched with exterior round handles, which isn't as straight forward as you'd think. They aren't sold as pairs. Craig was able to make it work and get the install done quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and quality focused. The only nit was he was missing one of the latches from his truck but got another from his office and still finished within the time window we agreed upon so not a big deal.

Craig arrived earlier than the estimated time, which we really appreciated. He gave us three options for repair or replacement of our lock. He explained each option in depth, along with price and reasoning behind that option. We chose the middle option, which was replacement with the less expensive option. He explained everything he was doing, and spoke to us at length before he left.

Craig is very professional, and informative. He did an excellent job from start to finish. Couldn't ask for or expect any better!!!!!!!

Craig did an excellent job. We had agreed upon a time he would arrive at my house but was delayed by another call. He agreed to not charge after hours cost since due to the delay and was at my house until about 6:30 on a Friday. He repaired latches in 4 different locks. Three of which were broken. I anticipated replacing entire lock sets but he had parts with him and repaired them all at what I think was a reasonable cost. Everything works great now and is very secure. He told me everything that was going on and what he was doing. He is very personable and nice to work with. He basically did exactly what I was looking for and I would recommend him for any door lock service.
