Description of Work: Broken lock on office file cabinet, could not access files. Craig was able to get file opened but unable to repair the lock, not his fault, it was an unusual type of lock that only the furniture manufacturer would be able to supply the replacement parts.

Description of Work: Craig's Locksmith promptly returned my call. This was not an emergency so we made it for 3 days later (due to weekend). He reset the locks and I am not concerned that my keys will get stuck in the lock again. Made extra keys for the new reset.
