The work was excellent. The finished product was exactly the way I wanted it. My interactions with the workers was good. They were friendly, picked up their trash and did their work.

Overall they are very prompt and cordial. They are very responsive. I was happy with their services.

They were very prompt about the estimate and the work.

They did not show upon time, we had to call them a few times before they came to do the work. They came to my home and dumped the mulch on the end of my driveway and left it there for 2 weeks. When they came to spread the mulch they did it quickly. They did clean up and the price was fair.

I had called the company and they were prompt at coming out and giving me an estimate. I choose them because their estimate was much lower and I got more for my money. They hauled away all branches and wood and ground the stump down which was something the other companies would not do (or pay an extra for yet another contractor to complete). They also took care of getting all the necessary permits needed from the city. I had a little trouble getting a set day to get the work completed, which took several weeks. However, once they started, they worked quickly. They called me the the day before to let me know they would be out. They did have some equipment problems, but they communicated that with me and returned promptly the next to to complete the job. Given the location the tree, they did have to park a truck in the yard, but that was not a problem for me and they were very careful to how they positioned their equipment to minimize the impact.

Mark was very responsive and helpful. He knows his business. They do a good job.

Overall the work went well and looks good. One complaint is that David Black wouldn't return any of our phone calls - even though we only called him b/c the work was scheduled to start almost 10 days earlier. I realize it was a busy time of year (May) for them, but he certainly should have returned our call to let us know when the work would start. The BAM workers simply showed up one day and began working.

This is the first year we have used BAM our previous company retired last year and referred his clients to this company. They have done a fine job, but our cost has increased a bit from the previous service.

We first placed a call to BAM on Monday, April 2nd, and were told someone would be out to provide an estimate sometime that week. Called a 2nd time Friday, April 6, and was told someone would be out that day. Called a 3rd time on Tuesday, April 10, and was forwarded to the voice mail of the person responsible for providing the estimate. I left my work number, my home number, my address and that I was still waiting for the tree trimming estimate. I have not gotten a return call and we still have not received an estimate. We also signed up for the lawn treatments and mowing on April 5th. It's over a week later and the lawn has yet to be treated. The lawn has been mowed, but that's probably because they use sub-contractors for that task. Overall, EXTREMELY disappointed.

In October, I called for tree service, and they provided an estimate within the week and said they would complete the work in approximately 2 weeks. They did not show and finally in mid December, I called another company, and the work was completed by them.

BAM took over from a previous service provider (per their recommendation). Came and provided timely treatment and service.

They had a good follow up, they actually called to ask if we were happy with everything. That's why I've continued to contact them for other service.

Overall was pretty good. They did a very good job on the main section clearing- all stumps were ground up and trees were chipped. They even cut some firewood for me! On the second job, we had a miscommunication, and they never did come back and grind the stumps. Fortunately, the electric trenchers were able to work around, but it could have been ugly.

Mark was the one who came out to give me an estimate and also saw that everything was taken care of. I wasn't completely satisfied and someone came out and fixed the problem. It now looks really nice.

They didn't come out when I asked them to, but they tried to make amends and do a second mulching at no charge, but I would say that they weren't very efficient.

There is a house being built beside us which will limit access to our backyard in the future, so BAM worked us into their schedule. They did an excellent job with minimal damage to surrounding trees. Steve Davis and his workers were great to work with.

The woman who answered the phone took my name and phone number, and said "Steve" would call back, usually within 48 hours. I never received a return call and called another service provider instead. I tried BAM as we know an employee there. They seem to remain consistent to past reports over the past couple of years.

The work was done on time, was well coordinated and the work was of high quality. I would recommend and will use them again. Highly professional staff.

Terrific job as usual. These folks have done work for us many times and they never disappoint me. The entire process- call-backs, estimates, scheduling, and execution- is always done with professionalism and courtesy.

They've done our lawn care forever. They meet competitors price. They're fabulous. They always respond to my phone calls.

They did my leaves too early last year and didnt call ahead of time to ask if I wanted them done. I left them a message to check next time because they did them too early. They never called me back after that, although I didnt ask them to. I would have appreciated a call back.

CALLED 3 TIMES OVER A 10 DAY PERIOD TO TALK TO STEVE DAVIS REGARDING A QUOTE. LEFT MY NAME AND TELEPHONE NUMBER ON HIS VOICE MAIL ASKING HIM TO CALL ME. NEVER RETURNED CALL. OFFICE GIRL SAID THEY WERE VERY BUSY. NOT OUT FOR NEW BUSINESS, I GUESS.

WE HAVE USED THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED.

THE FOLKS AT BAM WERE VERY PROMPT IN RETURNING MY CALLS, PERFORMING THE ESTIMATE, AND COMPLETING THE TASK. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND THEIR PRICES WERE MID-RANGE OF THOSE ESTIMATES I RECEIVED, BUT SINCE THEY WERE SO PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL, I CHOSE TO HIRE THEM OVER COMPETITORS. BAM HAS DELIVERED MULCH BEFORE - I WILL CALL THEM AGAIN FOR ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING NEEDS.

WE HAVE PAID NOTHING YET, THOUGH THE QUOTE WAS FOR APPROX $1500, BECAUSE THE WORK WAS DONE HASTILY AND NOT COMPLETELY. AFTER MANY CALLS TO GET THEM TO EVEN START THE JOB, THEY CAME AND DID THE JOB IN ONE DAY AND LEFT WITHOUT THE SWALE, YET THEY BILLED US AS IF THE ENTIRE JOB HAD BEEN DONE. THE JOB WAS LATE, DONE INCOMPLETELY AND DONE POORLY. THE REP SAID THEY WOULD BE BACK TO FIX THE PROBLEMS. THAT WAS OVER A MONTH AGO. (MID JUNE)
