I have used BAM in the past and have always been happy with them. They are good about cleaning up after themselves. The are prompt and thier people are very polite and respectful. I highly recommend them.

BAM removed 3 large ash trees from our front yard. They ground the stumps and cleaned up the wood chips for no extra fee. They also put down grass seed in the place of the trees, which we weren't expecting them to do. They were by far the least expensive estimate we go. Other companies charged more to clean up the stump grindings. We were very very pleased and would definitely use BAM again for tree services.

We hired them last year. They came highly recommend by a friend. They did a spectacular job turning our lawn around. They made the lawn look wonderful (again). I would highly recommend.

They were fairly priced and not over priced. They were right on with everybody else. They did good service. They were professional. They gave me a quote and let me decide whether I want to do it or not. I wanted them to dig out the roots and they didn’t do it last time because I had a little bit of miss-communication and I think it was more on my part than their part. I have another tree that I want to cut down so I would be using them.

We had hoped for at least a follow up. We have no further need of services.

We used them in 2011 that is why we took a quote from them again this year for work that will be completed sometime in 2013.

In the past I also used them for lawn service. They are professional, reasonable and provide great value.

The whole operation went very smoothly and without my involvement. Mr. Riley waited for the proper weather conditions, came out and applied the insecticide.

They did an excellent job. Their price is right. The service was good. I would absolutely use them again in the future. They are very expert in that area and they did a good job for a very reasonable price.

I have been doing business with them for years. Their service is very convenient because they are able to come out right away if I need it. They are also very informative and good about scheduling appointments during the correct season.

Bam Outdoor diagnosed and treated the trees two years in a row. Both times, they recommended I get put on a 'plan' to be sprayed 3 times a year in order to prevent the rust from forming. I would typically remember only after I noticed it on my leaves, and by then it was too late to prevent and could only be halted from further destruction. Therefore, I agreed to be their maintenance schedule of an early spring, and two summer sprays. Last year (2011) should have marked the initiation. It was not completed and when I called them in June, they stated they didn't know why it wasn't done, apologized, but still did not get the job completed. They insured that I would be on this year's list. This year they have not shown and upon calling them, they once again could not explain why the maintenance was not completed. I have already noticed the rust beginning, and have searched for another tree care professional. A single problem is not too big of an issue, however repeating the problem does make it worrisome. By the time I notice the issue, it is too late and therefore, I agreed that the best course of action was prevention. However, relying upon Bam Outdoor for the preventative service has been nothing short of added exaspiration to an already frustrating problem.

Their management is great, but the workers need to be better managed. I would use then in the future. If something would be wrong I would drop them.

They did a really good job. They did exactly what we wanted them to do and it was what we expected. They were little bit slow in communicating. I used to mail them and probably they checked the mail on weekends. I used to get the reply by Monday if I mailed him on Friday. I would use them in the future.

This work was scheduled to be done in Fall 2010, but weather and Bam's schedule did not permit, so upon our inquiry in November, we agreed to have done in April 2011. Again, due to weather (we thought), work was not done. We had to be gone a lot in May and could not monitor watering of new sod, so we then agreed on the first of June. When we called in June, they said they had no record of our scheduled work. They finally performed work in July just as it is became very hot and dry for the next several months, requiring copious watering for 2+months to keep new sod healthy without drowning surrounding areas. It became a difficult and expensive lawn maintenance issue. This would not have been as issue had the work been performed as originally scheduled and rescheduled. Additionally, in September, we discovered two trees that appeared diseased. We ask them to come out and diagnose and recommend treatment. They agreed to send their tree expert, but never did. We hired another company. This has been our individual experience with them. Our home owner's association uses them to provide our homes' lawn and landscape maintenance, and they do a very good job. Also, they provide our snow removal and they do an excellent job. This is why we hired them and stuck with them for the individual work. We would not use them individually again.

They burned down my lawn trying to get rid of my weeds, they used the wrong chemical. I have used them this whole summer and still have weeds.

BAM is great to work with. Part of the tree fell on the neighbors property. They came the following Monday to remove the tree from the neighbors property and secured the area around the fallen tree so it would not be a hazard. The came back in a week and a half to finish the balance of the work. I have used BAM in the past and would highly recommend them.

We were most happy with their knowledge, expertise, and punctuality. Their pricing was reasonable or we would not have had it done. I couldn't think of anything they could have done better; but I was very pleased with their knowledge. They seemed to be expert in what they did. They actually saved a beautiful River Birch tree in our front yard, so that alone was worth it to us. I will use them again in the future.

Overall, the experience is always great. They're cooperative, reputable, and very pleasant to deal with. They even delivered us a Christmas package, which I thought was nice. I'm very happy with their services and I would recommend them to others.

they cut the trees down with excellent care and hauled aways the limbs and wood and shredded the tree stumps. Did and excellent job was on time and performed work as stated in estimate.
