Description of Work: Went to the Flower and Landscape Show and met with BAM Outdoor. Explained the difficulty in getting a landscaper to show up and offer a quote for re-doing the front landscape of my home. We discussed what I wanted done and the general amount of work needed. BAM committed to being at the house on Monday 23 MArch 2015 at 9:00 .. we live 4 miles from the BAM facility in Westfield on HWY 32. He put the appointment in his calendar at the same time I put it in mine ... it's now 10:15 a.m. and still no show after I worked from home to fit in BAM's schedule.

Description of Work: BAM grinded a stump for me in the front yard. They did a good job on not tearing up the grass, other than the minimum necessary to get the equiptment to the stump. From my original call they showed up for the estimate the very next day, and said it would be 6-8 weeks to complete the job. I felt this was a little long but also realized that my job was probably the smallest possible and priority level was low for both them and I. After about 9 or 10 weeks they still hadn't shown up and I called to check. They were apologetic and were out at my home within a couple days. This is the only reason I didn't give them 'A's across the board. Would definately use them again.

Description of Work: They arbor trimmed 4 trees for us. We were more than satisfied with their work.

Description of Work: Cut down a very large ash tree, cut it into firewood lengths, and thoroughly cleaned up debris. They did a wonderful job.

Description of Work: We use BAM for our annual tree service for fertilizing and maintaining our trees. They do a great job and our trees look great. I was convinced that we would have to remove one of the trees in the front yard because it just never looked good and I thought it was diseased or dead. After the routine fertilization and care from BAM, the tree now blooms and looks great. So happy we didn't lose a tree!

Description of Work: I CALLED BAM OUTDOOR ON SEPT 1, 2005 TO REQUEST A REPRESENATIVE COME TO MY HOME FOR AN ESTIMATE. I SPOKE TO THE OPERATOR ON DUTY AND SHE TOLD ME SOMEONE WOULD CALL TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL.

Description of Work: THEY HAVE TREATED OUR LAWN FOR 6 YEARS NOW. AN APPLICATION IN EARLY MAY RESULTED IN THE KILLING OF SECTIONS OF OUR GRASS. WE HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TRYING TO GET AN EXPLANATION OF WHAT HAPPENED AND SOME RECOURSE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. THEIR ATTEMPT AT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.
