Description of Work: AdvantaClean is the bomb. Our house is on the market. I got home from work around 6pm and found a soaked basement. The crew was at another location and made it out before 8pm. They were here until about 1230 am. The whole crew worked hard and did not take any breaks. They were thorough and well trained & skilled. I dont want to be in that situation again. But I will call them again if need be. Can't give enough praise for their results.

I was very satisfied with response time, the overall job that was completed, along with the professionalism of Bill and his worker. I also was very impressed at how he explained to me what he was doing and why. One of the days that I was not at the office while this was being taken care of, while they were working in this restroom they noticed mold under the sink, Bill called me and informed me of this, he sent me photos of the area and I told him to go ahead and check this out also. This was a small area, but by him noticing this we detected a leak in the wall which was a slow leak that it looked like had been leaking for quite awhile. By them being alert enough to notice this and taking care of it at this time, it prevented a much larger area that would have been damaged. I appreciated how he had contacted me and sent me photos of the area since I would not be able to get back to that office for a couple of days. I work for an insurance company and of the many companies I have worked with over the years, this company by far was the best in response time, keeping me updated, and the explanations of what was taking place, and the professionalism than any company I have worked with. I would recommend this company to anyone that has water damage, mold, or needs any duct cleaning and if I ever have the need of these services again, I will be calling them.
Description of Work: My office had a water leak on a Sunday evening while the office was closed and when I showed up to open the office on Monday morning the men's restroom, the hall, and a portion of a large board room was very wet due to the leak and also the time it had gone unnoticed. I called about 7:45 AM and by 8:30 Bill Bruner was at my office and was assessing the damage. They ended up having to remove the plastic molding on the bottom of several walls, took up as much of the water that was possible and then left fans and dehumidifiers for 2 days to remove all the moisture. During this time I received several calls from Bill to update me on the progress along with being shown photos where the damage had been and once the process was completed, I was shown photos of the same area where it was now dry. He also submitted the photos with his invoice when he billed me.
