It was causing me to have severe headaches, runny eyes, and respiratory problems. When they began work on my home, they put me at ease by letting me know "not to worry that they would take care of the problem". They were absolutely correct! The very first day after they started to work, I noticed a marked change from what they had accomplished after only one day. I was actually able to sleep through the entire night without waking up and without a major mold headache incidence. These two individuals left a marked impression on me and were most professional and knowledgeable in their field. They spoke to me in layman's terms that even a total beginner that knew nothing about mold would understand. They are definitely a credit to the company that they represent. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company - and in particular these two representatives.

The appointment was scheduled for 9:00, the crew was running a little behind and called to inform me they would be fifteen minutes late. I really appreciated that. The crew (Jose, Kyle and Taylor) introduced themselves upon arrival in a friendly manner and immediately began assessing the job. They explained how they were going to do the job and completed the job very professionally. I am very happy with their service and would hire AdvataClean again.

Pete Jarvis is an amazing project manager and goes above and beyond of what is required. Jose and Kyle did the cleaning. They came on time, answered all my questions, identified some problems with isolation I was not aware of and recommended a remedy. I am satisfied with the quality of the work and highly recommend this team.

They're actually coming back out and finishing up today. They were here for five days and then there was a problem with some of the equipment they had. It was just a matter of getting back out here and finishing up today.

Provider was good with process, but they did not cover their shoes, tracked in dirt from outside. Was training two new employees at time of service as well which I'm never comfortable with. Turned off gas to furnace to clean the system, then left and did not turn gas back on. I couldn't get my furnace to work and called furnace repair who charged me $70 to flip the switch to turn back on gas that Advanta didn't doSo, I'm not only out $385 with Advanta but now I'm out $70 with furnace repair! Also, due to the process of cleaning the furnace the gas water heater is in same area and the force of the machine they were using blew out the gas pilot light on water heater. Did not realize until later in evening, took spouse a lengthy amount of time to get it relighted, to say the least he was not happy with any of it. They were sloppy with the training of new employees and appeared to want to get the job done quickly and be on their way. I don't even know how much they cleaned since I wasn't shown anything prior to the cleaning nor anything after the cleaning.

Bryan performed an emergency mold test for my family after getting a new home and having an earlier than expected baby. He provided great information, and got the results earlier than anyone else could have!!!

Pete Jarvis, Jose Garcia, and their entire crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. This was a big job (two-weeks) that included draining water from a basement that initially flooded due to the power being shut off (by the bank who held the mortgage on the vacant home), and the water removal was delayed further due to a failed sump pump. They removed all drywall and carpet from the basement. Next they used a multi-step process to kill and remove all mold/mildew, assisted by lots of equipment (air scrubbers and dehumidifiers). They used HEPA vacuums, surface cleaning, carpet cleaning, duct cleaning, and fogging to ensure that the entire house was thoroughly cleaned of any mold/mildew spores that may have been present. All of the AdvantaClean employees were friendly and professional. They explained the process thoroughly and completely answered all of my questions. They took great care to protect the hardwood flooring, carpet, and everything else in the house while they worked. I highly recommend these guys!

I contacted them because they were on Angie’s List and they were very good and helpful. The service was free. The level of service was excellent. The gentleman that came out is just very knowledgeable, kind, and I felt like very honest because he told me basically how to resolve the issue myself. It was not a big problem. The gentleman’s name was Corwin Winger. He was very helpful. He was fantastic.

Bill was very professional in all aspects of his work for me, and his price was hard to beat. I had gotten 2 other quotes , and they were both 70% more than Bill's ! His work was quick , thorough, and complete. I was referred to him by a gentleman from Indiana Foundation Service.

My impression of them is great. We've had three companies come to give us information and they are by far the best. The others didn't come as close to being as professional or as knowledgeable. The representatives are clean, well dressed, nice and friendly. The price was less than I expected.

I can't say enough good things about AdvantaClean, particularly Bryan Cranfill, who walked my husband and I through the mold remediation process from start to finish. We were seriously dismayed last August to find a large scale mold issue seemingly "erupt" in our basement after some foundation work was completed and our dehumidifiers apparently stopped pulling moisture from the air. The mold was on the walls, in the joists, in all of the dry-wall (meaning it had to come down). We had three different companies provide us with quotes. All of the companies were more or less in the same ballpark cost-wise as long as the homeowner was willing to do some of the dirty work, but there are certain standards that some companies adhere to more than others. I had a whole range of conflicting information provided about what is and isn't "industry standard." Advanta Clean cut to the chase. They did have some "gimicky" services in their line-up but they were completely respectful of my budget and didn't try to upsell me. I also felt like they cared that I had a good experience and that returning my house to a safe environment was really a priority - not just to get my business. The communication was fantastic. We were trying to arrange the service for completion while my family was away on an extended vacation. Bryan and I spoke multiples times by phone and email and he was always very responsive and professional. The crew worked around our schedule even though they had another large (and more expensive) project waiting, and I really appreciated that they put the "little guy" first. Even better, my neighbor oversaw the process while we were away, and despite the job lasting at least 2 more days than originally anticipated (due to the amount of drywall removal and total square feet), they stuck to their quote. I was very satisfied with the job. They double-bagged everything and did a pretty tremendous job of hauling away the drywall and cleaning up what was surely a giant mess. The bottom line is, you never WANT to have to call a mold remediation company, but if you do, I can definitely recommend AdvantaClean. Thanks again to Bryan and the crew that worked on my property!

We were selling this house and the inspection report indicated mold in the crawlspace. Because Bill had excellent ratings here, and our realtor was very complimentary toward him due to prior work he did for her, we retained him to do our mold remediation. He came to the house quickly--in a pouring rain--to assess the situation. He gave us a proposal within 24 hours. When we retained him to do the work, he had his crew on site within a couple days. They completely cleaned our fairly large crawl space. There as a small mountain of trash bags full of insulation and other materials that they hauled out. The crew he had were all personable and fun to talk with (you can learn a lot about mold from folks who spend their days in a crawl space). When they were done, I couldn't believe the difference. They transformed our crawl space from a dim, dark, dirty place into a bright, clean, airy part of the house (well, bright and clean for a crawl space). I had contracted with Bill to clean the HVAC ductwork as well. This was a later add-on to the proposal, and when he asked me how many vents we had in the house, I tried to do an accurate mental count. He quoted the price based on that. It turns out that I forgot a few vents (seriously, can you identify every vent location in your home from memory?), but Bill's team cleaned them all and he didn't even charge for the extra ones. The most impressive part about Bill is his consummate professionalism. The buyer in this case was, well, challenging. Bill went the extra mile to discuss the situation with her, and help her understand what he did and what to expect in the future. He even did additional mold testing (at no charge) to show her that the problem was completely taken care of. That particular sale fell through for other reasons, but throughout the process Bill could not have been more helpful. I hope I don't have mold problems in the future, but I will definitely call Bill Bruner if I do!

Arrived on time. Took great care to keep the house clean while they were working. Brought in the equipment very carefully as not to damage the walls. Service was great. Reviewed the process before hand then gave us a run down of what happened after the vents were cleaned. Even worked around the two kids who needed nap time during the cleaning process. The best part was how Bill was so committed to making sure we were happy. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

We received a quote for mold cleanup from AdvantaClean as a result of discovering mold growth in the attics of our home during our home inspection/home purchase process. Bill's approach and fee proposal for the work seemed the most appropriate for the level of contamination. It was not a huge problem, but enough that it warranted a professional cleanup. Bill's crew began work shortly after we agreed on scope and price, and were very professional and courteous throughout the process. We had some hurdles throughout the cleanup work - two different members of his crew stepped through the ceiling while working in the attic on separate days. In both cases, Bill contacted me immediately and offered to pay a contractor of my choice to come out and repair the damaged areas. Also, at the completion of their work, my final walkthrough identified a few missed areas that needed additional cleanup. Bill's crew was out the next day to finish the job. All in all, I was very happy with AdvantaClean's work, and Bill and the crew's professionalism. Accidents/issues happen, and their response to these incidents was always professional, quick, and thorough. I hope we don't have any further mold issues at our house, but if we did I wouldn't hesitate to call AdvantaClean to take care of them.

AdvantaClean was a true God send. When Pete Jarvis came to the evaluation appointment he was early, did a very thorough evaluation, and spent quite a bit of time explaining the pictures he had taken of our crawlspace. He also explained the process they would use to remediate the mold, how they would contain the contaminated materials taken out of the crawlspace, that they would spray an antimicrobial on the wood and wipe it clean, and how they would clean the living space after they were done. We decided to go with them because we felt completely comfortable with their process, with Pete and his knowledge, and to know that they took the removal of mold seriously - especially since I am allergic to mold! I met Corwin Winger at a meeting we called with all of the contractors to discuss the project and was also impressed with his knowledge and understanding of our situation. Corwin, Anthony, and Keith started their work on 1/21/13 with soda blasting. Everyone that I have had contact with at AdvantaClean were respectful, cleaned up after themselves, and always did their job well. I have never encountered a company or their employees who went so far above and beyond to make sure the job went as smoothly as possible - even when it was not part of their job. At one point Anthony had thought that our sump pump was not working so Pete took the time to personally drive all the way from Fishers to Kokomo during my lunch time just to crawl around in our very, very wet muddy crawlspace to check to see if the pump was working and to help me figure it all out. Corwin always took time to answer my numerous phone calls, text messages, and emails - even in the evenings and on weekends. Both were patient, kind, and went above and beyond any expectations of what the company was hired to do. Our project was long, expensive (a total of 5 contractors with an approximate cost of over $21,000, and a total of 11 weeks) It was a real eye opener for my husband and I about the kind of people you have to deal with and what their ethics in the workplace are - Pete, Corwin, Anthony, and Keith displayed true Christian charity and values. Anthony and Keith were on site the most and are excellent employees that take great pride in what they do and in how they treat the people they encounter. I didn?t realize to the extent of how outstanding they were until I encountered two very different employees from another contractor! See pictures included. The after pictures are before replacement of the rotted wood had taken place. You do not see very many companies in the world who take such a great pride in what they do, how they treat others, and that it is not just about the money.

There are many vent cleaning companies out there that will charge outrageous prices for work barely performed. Not with Bill Bruener and his crew with AdvantaClean of Northeast Indianapolis. I was thoroghly impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of his imployee, Jerrin, who performed the work. I was explained step by step the process of what was to happen and what he had found along the way. I have used other companies in the past and was not impressed with their performance or the results. And what impressed me even more is when the tech was done, he vaccumed all the floors after! Typically if would take over an hour to dry a load of laundry and now that my dryer vent has been cleaned, that time has been cut at least by 75% and my home smells fresh and is virtually dust free! Arrived on time... a little early even. Nice young man, he wore booties to keep the carpets clean when he walked on them. Climbed in the crawl space and took apart the dryer vent and cleaned it out. He even repair a section that wasn't secure. The quote on the phone was actually higher than the price actually charged. This was such a great expierence that we will make this a routine service.

Bill and his crew removed mold from my crawlspace and one area in the living room. His original estimate was scheduled in a timely manner from my first call, he provided pictures in his report and a clear expectation of what the mold remediation would entail. They were punctual, kept the areas neat during their work, and finished within schedule. I am very pleased with the result and feel reassured that all mold has been removed/treated. While I hope to not need them again for mold removal, I would highly recommend Bill.

He followed up in a very timely manner with a report that explained the work he completed so we could forward it to the buyers of our home. After meeting with several companies that either exaggerated the situation or totally confused us, Bill from AdvantaClean was upfront, honest and didn't oversell us. The two men who did the work were very professional and friendly. I will definitely use this company for future duct cleaning work (but hopefully we won't need them for mold anymore!).

All went well. As above mentioned. I had bought all new vent covers so Darren didn't have to clean the old ones, which he said was included in the service, so he included cleaning out my dryer duct for free. He was really nice and did a great job.
