They gave excellent service. They were very patient and professional. They were very clean and wore uniforms. The guys that did the installation were very courteous with my wife too. They cleaned up very well.

Carrie came out for personal observation and measurements of bath. Shae then sat down and discussed what we wanted and did not want for the remodel. A new design was then presented, as we loved what she had done ,changed very little. She was able to assist us in picking everything from tiles to shower doors, counter tops, vanity and fixtures. All items we ordered and arrived in timely manner, slight delay in arrival of 1 item but we were informed in advance. We had worked with her in the past when she was at another store, but the service, cost and availability of products was much better at Von Tobel. All items ordered and delivered, we chose to do the install.

Things went pretty well. My wife did a lot of checking and we ended up going back to them so the price must have been right.

One of the contractors they had goofed up and drilled a hole through a sink that we had ordered. That was a special order sink, than we had to wait two months for that, so we excepted a new sink. Overall the job had turned out well.

Wonderful - everyone was friendly and professional, from the sales staff to the professionals installing the carpeting. We will be purchasing all of our future carpeting from Von Tobel's. Very good experience.

The guy came out to look at the project and then he had to go to the hospital and nobody could do anything because he had the file. I felt like I got the runaround and nobody followed through. I was very disappointed and would never use them. I waited four months and kept asking if someone else could help us and they said no. I ended up going with a local home improvement store to have the work done. We were also planning to have a kitchen and bathroom redone but we would not contact them. They were very unreliable. They had a good reputation.

It was okay. They got the order mixed up but they corrected it.

We bought a massage tub, shower, pedastal sink, stool, flooring, and bead board for the walls. VonTobels was great at displaying the options available. All of the salespersons were very knowledgeable and helpful. Plus they delivered everything free at our convenience when we wanted it.

This is an employee-owned company. They are just wonderful people. The employee/owners really care about giving you a great customer experience. If you are in the market for kitchen redo see Gary Dost. If you need flooring see Scott Postma. These guys are wonderful.

They were on time to do the job. It took a little longer than expected. They were professional. They were curtious and kind. I would use them in the future.

They oversaw the whole process, but didn't actually do the work. They did come out to check on the progress. After the floor was torn up, they reassessed the situation. Then the new floor was put down. The subcontractor was very good that they hired.

We purchased all of our materials from Von Tobel. Gary, the installed sales mgr., used his network of local sub-contractors and acted as the GC on the project. We couldn't be more pleased. They had the bathroom gutted, a new tub and surround installed, and the new drywall ready for paint in 2 days. The number of working days of the project was five. Everything looks great, and we are very pleased with the results. Gary and his team were professional and courteous and always available for questions. The estimate was nearly right on with the final price. I would highly recommend them. I believe they install all of the products they sell, so when we look at replacing our windows in a couple of years, we will definitely call Gary first.
