They came out and got the unit running, unfortunately it stopped running the next day. I had no problems, they came out on a weekend so there was an extra charge I think. Part of the charge was they added the currently acceptable freon. I don't think what went wrong was their fault. The price wasn't bad for coming out on the weekend, he worked for about an hour plus the cost of adding freon. The second fellow who came out didn't charge me at all. One guy came about an hour later than he said he was, but he claimed he was tied up in another job and couldn't get here.

We just moved into a new house and wanted the central AC unit to be checked before using it for the summer season. The service provider arrived at the scheduled time and went above and beyond to not only give the unit a check up but show us how to maintain our equipment. He definitely went above and beyond and took our time with us. I definitely feel we got more than our moneys worth and never got the impression that he was put off by our many questions. He was very friendly and it was neat to have everything explained like why its important to do this or that and how to keep things clean and working well. Overall a great experience.

They came the same day we called. They are very good. We asked a few other questions about the water heater and other things. We felt the plumber was very knowledgeable. We haven?t really had a lot of plumbing done to compare prices.

They were professional on appearance but the results were almost fatal.

Made an appointment for between 5 PM and 8 PM. Representative called to see if he could arrive at 4:50 PM which was more than fine with us. He inspected the current heating system and took information regarding what we were looking for in a new furnace. He said he would return the following day to present the quote. He was professional and prompt. We are still in the process of getting quotes.

Scheduling and performance of the service was complicated since a week was required between removing the old heater and A/C and installing the new one so that Nova Basement could do their work. There ended up being one day in which both Doler and Nova workmen were present. Doler's (and Nova's) contractors were efficient and professional, however, and worked around each other well despite my worries. New heater, A/C, and thermostat were installed on time and the operation of each was explained and demonstrated. All my questions were answered and concerns addressed. A/C worked well. Ducts were cleaned thoroughly to my satisfaction about a week after the installation. I first used the heater a couple weeks ago with no problems. I have begun early payments and have had no problems with the financing arrangements thus far. Overall, while they are a bit pricey, I am satisfied with Doler.

We didn?t use their services to get the work done. They seemed like a decent outfit. We did have the person come to the house to give us an estimate. He gave us a nice presentation. He was really knowledgeable about the product and the whole installation process. The only reason why we didn?t go with them is because we decided that we would go with a different brand of furnace and heat pump which they don?t have. They have different branches and they have done plumbing work for us in the past like putting in a water line in the house. I would definitely call them back for a quote.

We just bought a house and wanted the AC system checked before turning it on for the first time. I called Doler and talked with a receptionist who took down all my info and scheduled an appointment...she was very thorough and repeated the information at the end to make sure everything was correct, which I like. Scheduling was also nice because we established ONE specific time for the service call, not "between 9am and 2pm" like lots of other places. So later in the week the service technician shows up and he was really nice. Friendly, appropriately dressed, very easy going. He listened while I told him what we wanted to get out of his service and he got right to work. Now, according to the receptionist, the full service check-up/maintenance is a pretty straight forward deal. They charged a little more than the competition in the area, but they've been around the longest and my parents used the same company with good results. Anyway, this guy definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. At one point he was scraping old leaves out of the outside AC unit with his bare hands. He also told us the easy way to fix a water pump, without unnecessarily spending extra money on a new one. My favorite part is that he explained everything as he went along, saying how things work, and how to maintain them properly in the future. That, to me, is the mark of a good service guy. Anyhow, he did his job well and even advised us on several other house issues that were somewhat related. Sadly, I don't remember the name of the technician.

Melvin had warned us that sometimes units arrived damaged. Sure enough, when he opened the box, there was a big dent in it. He agreed to go get a sandwich while I rushed to Lowes and exchanged it for a new one. (He was really still "on the clock" but didn't charge us for all the 47" it took me to get to Lowes and back). The installation took more time than he estimated, since all the connections were in different locations on the new heater, so additional pipe work was needed. He still came in well under what I would have paid Lowes to install it, AND I got an absolutely first-rate professional installation. We could not be happier.

FIRST COMMENTS COVER IT ALL - I MUST MENTION THAT HE JUST POINTED OUT THAT THE VALVES WOULD NEED TO BE CHANGED IN THE NEXT YEAR OR TWO. I DECIDED TO HAVE IT DONE RIGHT THEN WHILE HE WAS UNDER THE SINK! MUST EMPHASIZE THAT HE IN NO WAY MADE IT SEEM LIKE SOMETHING I HAD TO CHANGE WITHIN A WEEK.

Prices reasonable with materials $212.43 and labor costs $133 ($76 for service call and $76 for 3/4 hour labor). Very professional, fast, and willing to provide me with advise as well. Did arrive 1 hour later than expected but well worth the wait. I would recommend them again.

On 6/5/07, I called and spoke with the answering service who advised that Randy would call me back regarding my plumbing needs. To date no call!

We have no complaints about this company at all. They are great to do business with and I would recommend them to anyone. They price is always reasonable and the workers are friendly. They are on time and answer all of our questions.

We noticed a wet spot on the ceiling in the garage directly underneath the master bath. When the service technician arrived on time for his 8:30-9:00AM appointment, he guessed that it was a leaking shower drain and broke through the drywall to confirm it. He left after approximately 30 minutes and said he would return between 1-2PM. He advised that the work would take 3-4 hours and would cost between $400-$450. He returned at 2:20 PM and made me move my car from the two-car-wide driveway (using rather peremptory hand signals instead of rolling down his window to ask - He'd backed in with my car in the drive with no problems that morning). He completed the work, which included an trip to get parts (which I only noticed because I looked out and his van was gone), in approximately 2.2 hours. He cleaned up the drywall and insulation that had fallen on the floor during repairs and took the bag of trash with him.

I had no water throughout the house, as I had to shut it down as the pipes had frozen in one section and burst. Although I was not a current client, Doler sent someone out within 3 hours and cut out the section that had burst. The whole job was completed in less than an hour and then the water was turned back on. The plumber was very competent and efficient. Very satisfied.

GREAT! I called Doler's and talked with Carolyn about setting up an appointment. She told me a plumber would be calling me shortly, which he did. Bill came on time and assessed the problems. He realized that he would need parts to fix the toilet. Parts were ordered and Gary came back to do the work. Both men called to confirm the time of their visits and were very polite and knowledgeable. I would call Dolers anytime I need plumbing work.

THE WORK THEY DO IS INCREDIBLE. THEY ARE WORKERS LIKE THEY JUST DON'T MAKE ANYMORE. THEY ARE PERFECTIONIST. I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW MUCH I LIKED THE BATHROOM WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

THEY SEEM TO BE REALLY EXPENSIVE BUT THEY DO SUCH A GREAT JOB. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE WORK THAT THEY DO. THE WORKERS ARE ALWAYS SO NICE. I WOULD NEVER HIRE ANYONE ELSE EVEN THOUGH I THINK THEIR PRICES ARE A LITTLE TO HIGH.

THE COMPANY EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THE PRICE WAS EXTREMELY REASONABLE. I WOULD REFER THEM TO ANYONE THAT NEEDED PLUMBING WORK DONE.
