I can’t say enough good things about Summers. They are amazing!! I have had different techs working on things and I can’t believe how much they put 110% in their work. I had Kevin and Christian this time and they changed my kitchen sink and toilet. Fast and Friendly!! Cleaned up everything when done. I’ve always had super heroes from Summers working on my things. You can’t go wrong!!! Thank you Summers🤗

I let them know what had recently been repaired in the last 3 years. Any questions i had were answered and they reviewed all necessary repairs and gave me a quote on what should be addressed immediately. Also, gave suggestions on potential recall for house hold devices being used.

Charge me for the sink but didn’t install. They claimed it needed a backing. I had another plumber come in after and them and he installed with ease. I had to call and complain to get a discount on a job that should have been done by the plumber. They’re expensive and I suspect they only like simple jobs. Lesson learned, I’ll go with a small independent plumber next time.

Work done quickly... Took the time to answer several questions we hadf regarding our system. We signed for the annual service program too.

On time and professional, explained benefits of service agreement. Explained benefits of surge protectors for equipment, passed on that for now.

Where does Summer’s find their great technicians!! I’ve never had a bad experience and Amado kept my streak going with the highest quality work ever! He assessed my issue in seconds and had my air going in minutes!!! And since I’m on contract with Summers.. I enjoyed the low cost for the visit! Keep up the great service!! It’s appreciated!

They came out for maintenance wound up leaving air in the system. Called them back out and the guy was rude to my wife slammed the door and left the job because he was not Taught on how to bleed that system. Had another guy come out and he purged our pump and left it loose water leaking everywhere. Tried to call them back a forth time and I can not get a response. Horrible company would never hire them again. They've become too big too fast and are hiring people that do not know what they're doing. According to one of their Team leads and trainers they are training air conditioning technicians to do radiant heating and are sending them out without proper training.

Sean was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He gave us a few options and pricing before starting any work. We were so impressed, we signed up for the Safety and Comfort Agreement.

They did some work at my mom’s house. They were very nice and very knowledgeable. The price was reasonable.

Billy B tried rebuilding the spigot, but it still leaked after he was finished. Because it was still leaking, he was willing to work with us on the price. I will definitely use Summers again in the future. Any company that is willing to go the extra mile for the customer, especially when it comes to the cost, will get my business.

Dan H. arrived on time and was very professional and thorough. He diagnosed our problem and repaired it quickly. We have used Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling on numerous occasions and have been pleased with every repair/checkup on furnace/ac every time. We will definitely use them again as needed. Highly recommend Summers for all your plumbing, heating and cooling needs.

replaced the downspout when another plumber told me he would not even touch that downspout because it was bent. summers replaced it in a matter of minutes with no problems.

Complex water, gas pipes and heat vent. Took awhile to figure the best way to fix the leak. Once the plan was in place the job went quickly and the bathroom was cleaned up . Good job!

It went great and they were quick. They cleaned up after themselves.

It went reasonably well. The gentlemen seemed to have some trouble explaining what he was going to do. Although he had trouble articulating, he seemed to know what he needed to do. The faucet was installed correctly without difficulty.

I was getting prices to replace outside faucets. The Summers plumber told me my house had one of the best faucets made and the were rebuildable. The price to rebuild was less than replacing,

I waited 1.5 hours and they never came. I was quoted a range from 2:30-4:00 pm, but when I called them at 3:45 pm (after rushing home from work and waiting) they couldn't seem to find my record. Eventually they found the person I'd spoken with in the morning who told me she should have called and that the technician had had so many emergencies that he wouldn't be able to make it. She offered to have him drive out later in the evening, but we had to catch a flight that night (hence why I made a point to come home from work to deal with this - we didn't want to leave our house leaking while we attended an out of town wedding!). Very frustrating. Update Since this error, someone at Summers contacted me to try to make it right. They seemed genuinely apologetic and worked with me and sent someone to my home, making sure I left with a better impression of their company. After this interaction, I would recommend Summers to others, as their staff seems personable and committed to customer satisfaction

Leak under sink is stopped and new faucet is installed.

The pricing was a little high but under the circumstances I didn't care. They were very responsive.
