replaced an old water heater, in and out in about an hour and a half. GREAT JOB!

Mike called me quickly once he received my request and setup an appointment that was convienent to me. Once here he completed the work in a timely manner and when asked to look at another toliet he did it with a smile with no attitude. The bill was concise and legible. I would reccomend him to others and use himagain myself!!!!!

Overall, this contractor did a good job. On the plus side, contact was made VERY quickly. The plumber was on time & was a GREAT communicator. The rates were reasonable & the work was done well. My drain works great & there are no leaks in the new pipes (as of this writing). Some little negatives - On the initial visit, the plumber didn't have the necessary tools to work on removing the trap. My husband did, so he was able to work on the blocked drain. A second visit was needed to replace pipe & the professionals were prompt & well prepared, but the wet towels that were used to soak up water from the pipe were left in the work area.

They were an excellent company. They came on time, did the work and the price was resonable. I would recommend them to any.

I was disappointed in the service technician, office manager and value for the service. The technician did not dress, act or perform as I expected. The value of the service provided for the money paid was not good. The service was brief, incomplete and unsatisfying. The interaction with the office left me with the impression that the money for their service was the most important part of the relationship. The promised follow up for additional service was did not take place as promised.

Almost instantaneous service. Still waiting on quote for additional projects. Iwas promised He'd have the numbers for me within 3 days, its now been two weeks and still nothing.
