Response from Miracle & EcoWater Systems
Our water treatment business, which has been operating for more than a half a century throughout Northwest Indiana, lives and breathes by its reputation. We are distressed when we hear that any customer is not completely satisfied and take complaints like these very seriously. Although we have very little experience with any negative reviews, upon reading this one, we thoroughly and immediately researched the matter and grievance. This individual has not been a customer of Miracle | EcoWater for two decades. In fact, contrary to the assertions made, the statements in the review are simply not true. There was, in fact, not even ANY SERVICE provided to the homeowner on May 27, 2014 or for that matter any other time in nearly 20 years. Upon searching our company archives, the last service call on file was actually performed on October 3, 1995. This unit was originally sold and installed at a different address on September 14, 1987 (27 years ago.) We find these comments inexplicable after so many years of having no contact whatsoever with this former customer. Angie’s List was not even on the internet when our company last serviced this unit, a COMPUT-A-SAVE Water Refining System (which has not been manufactured since the 90’s). Miracle | EcoWater prides itself on its spotless SUPER SERVICE AWARD performance record on Angie’s List as well as all the other consumer review sites and cannot even fathom the reason or motivation anyone would have to write something this negatively misleading.
