Overall, very well. Gary is always professional, friendly and explains well what's going on. He respects my choice in what work I want done as well as the extent of the repairs. I highly recommend Maglish Plumbing and Heating.

They were fast. The guy that came out was clean and friendly. The job did get off to a slow start because I had to wait an extra month for them to order the fixture, and I had to keep following up with them.

The entire experience was great! The plumber arrived right before the scheduled time, was he professional and courteous. He explained to me what the problem was, and how he would proceed to repair it. Because this involved a safety issue, I was relieved he did a thorough inspection and asked relevant questions to properly assess the issue. We have used Maglish for electrical and plumbing issues on several occasions over the last year. I give them an "A" for every visit we've had.

Our kitchen sink had a mystery leak that turned out to be behind the dishwasher. Maglish was awesome at diagnosing the problem and installing a new line on the back of the dishwasher. They also installed a new InSinkerator that works like a charm. The staff is courteous, clean and punctual. I am a tidy housekeeper and really appreciate service providers that don't leave a big mess after a repair. Highly recommend!

.Maglish Plumbing, Heating and Electric LLC are definitely not a good company to work with. I needed their services because my sump pump wouldn't turned off. They refused to help me and said they would only come out if I would let them install a new sump pump that cost more than the one they originally sold to me. I called the manufacturer of the part that I needed replaced and my neighbor was able to put the part in for me. I paid a fraction of what they wanted to charge me for a new sump which was not necessary. I would not recommend doing business with them.

They were very timely and helpful. They got here immediately and took care of the problem. I would use them again in the future if need be.

I purchased an old house with a boiler heating system. 1/4 of the system had been turned off and froze breaking the pipes. Those needed to be repaired - some places behind walls. The boiler also needed some parts. It took two visits because of the parts but I think that is normal. They were very timely, nice and always put shoe covers on. I did not get estimates for this service - there was a sticker on the boiler so that's who I called. I also used them to upgrade the electrical box and some outlets - I did have estimates for that work and they did it for almost 1/2 less then those estimates.

They are wonderful. They are always very clean, courteous, and timely. If they are going to be late, they always call and tell you. He is very good. Their plumbing stuff is quiet pricey but we like the quality of their work. I would use them in the future.

Showed up on time and completed quickly

When I moved into a new house, the water on the refrigerator door didn't work. I called the manufacturer since it was under warranty and they found that the refrigerator hadn't been installed correctly. That work was done by Maglish. I bought a new water softener and called Maglish for installation. After a few days I realized it wasn't working so I called them again, but I was told there would be a service charge to come back out. I had a handyman come instead and he found that the water valve was in the off position. The builder of my house contacted Maglish to do some electrical work in my home. I discovered some damage to a piece of furniture after they left. I have made several attempts to contact someone at Maglish regarding this, however my calls and e-mails have been ignored.

I ve used them numerous times and they are very good. They are very professional and clean. They are just really nice to work with.

Overall, things went well. They were late coming which was unusual because they have always been there at the appointed time. Was told two days before though they had several water heater installs before me. Was called by the office to say the installers were running late and they came when the office said they would. I find them a little bit pricier than other plumbers but since they do very good work I pay the price.

We contacted Maglish for an estimate for having a tankless hot water heater installed. We also received an estimate for having a power-vented HWH installed with recirculation pumps under the sinks. We opted to have the power-vented tank installed w/o the pumps. The estimate indicated the tank would be $525.00. The work was scheduled, workers arrived early, and ready to go. I talked to the man about our discussion regarding moving the HWH and when I showed him the typed estimate, he said there was a problem. The price given to us for the tank was wrong by over half, instead of $525, the price we were quoted, the true price to do the work was going to be $1100.00. I understand that mistakes are made, but was irritated that nothing was offered to help fix their mistake. They hooked our old HWH back up and left.

I THINK THEIR PRICE IS VERY FAIR. THEY ALSO DO A GOOD JOB. I FEEL COMFORTABLE HAVING THEM IN MY HOME. THEY ARE PLEASANT PEOPLE TO TALK TO. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEM.
