Description of Work: They did routine furnace maintenance. In the process, they found a part that was going bad and replaced it. I also purchased their annual maintenance agreement which covered both my next furnace maintenance as well as an air conditioner maintenance for the upcoming Spring. Additionally, they showed us some things we could do ourselves to maintain the furnace.

Customer had a filter stuck in her furnace and we dispatched a service tech and after We fixed the problem the customer didn't think she should pay a service call. We didn't charge anything extra to fix the problem except the service call fee. I can't send a guy out to someones home for free even if its a simple problem. So if we are being called arrogant because of this I'm ok because we have to charge in order to stay in business.

Description of Work: We had a new furnace installed. Ren and Sandy were very prompt to respond to our request for an estimate and to make sure they understood what our needs were. Aired Serve made sure we were getting the right furnace for our square footage. Thus far we are satistified with the product and the service.

Description of Work: They were supposed to come clean and do a sixty plus inspection of our air conditioner. The guy was late, walked on my carpet without bits, talked me into another $99 + $399 service with extra taxes saying the services provided didn't include a "boost" thing that amplified the motor and it needed a part that was broke. I thought he was being above board, but when my neighbor came by later on in the summer and he's certified and very thorough, he said no cleaning was done and the part they put in for the $399+ did nothing. I was very disheartened! I'll never use them again!

Since we just got a review in October for work that was done in May I review your service ticket and then had Sandy the office manager call you to find out if there was a problem and we never heard back from you. The service you purchased was a 26 point a/c inspection and we performed the work recommended parts that were starting to fail and you purchased them. The cleaning you mentioned later in the summer that wasn't performed was done at the time of service in May. Just like a car you can was it in May and you might need to wash it again before the end of the Summer. If there was something that another certified neighbor found later in the summer it would be easy to say we didn't do our work. Jut like saying washing your car in May didn't last until October. If you would like please return our call at the office we would like to find out more about your situation and get to understand what your concern is. The untold story here is that the air conditioner worked all summer and didn't break done as a result of the work we performed and that's why people have maintenance done on there furnaces and air conditioners. We are seeing That the specials are so hard to offer on angieslist because angieslist sets the price and takes a hefty portion of the sale when the customer purchases the deal from them. Over the last year as a contractor it has become harder and harder to offer value to the customer at even a breakeven with Angieslist setting the price we have to offer. If a price is to good to be true it is. We appreciate the feedback and would appreciate a call we will try to call you again and see if there is something we need to address as a company.
