Description of Work: Checked everything on our air conditioner unit. Ran tests on different components to make sure they were working correctly. The young man who did the work was very friendly and professional and explained everything.

Description of Work: Replaced a thermocouple in the boiler. It was done quickly and cleanly. This is a great business and they offer excellent service. We were fit into the schedule and kept appraised of their arrival.This is the second time we utilized their services and plan to continue to use them in the future.

Description of Work: OUR Boiler would not light, on sat. morning ( Day before Easter )the owner himself came out and did a extensive diagnostic, found the problem, made it to parts wholesaler before it closed !! returned and repaired our furnace before lunch and our guests arriving. Thank you again.

Description of Work: We own a number of rental home and this particular home had Air Serve replace a furnace in a home with a warranty. They were rude, and did not perform job to expectation. They needed to be called back only a week later and told both myself and the warranty company that we would be charged for the service call, after only 1 -2 weeks of install. They did not believe that something could breakdown that quickly, but it did and the warranty company covered it 100%. The warranty people were wonderful and after a brief conversation woth owenr of Air Serve, they indicated they were being put on alert and would not be doing business with them any longer. As a major home warranty company in the US that is a very big statement on Air Serv service. I would never recommmend them to anyone.

Description of Work: They thoroughly checked and cleaned the furnace and informed us what it needed, igniter etc. We did not ask him to make the repairs because my husband said he would be able to replace the parts at a lower cost. However had we needed him to replace the parts he had them available on his service truck. I would recommend them. They seemed very reliable.

Description of Work: installed a new Amana air conditioner and condenser.Aire Serv heating and air conditioning technician was very informative and gave me good options. the installer spent 6.5 hours on removal of old and installation of new and did a great job to my satisfaction. both men were very professional. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Description of Work: Bought A Angie's special and they came out to check my air cond. Good thing to because it was out of coolant. He repaired my unit and made sure it was running top notch. He came on time and was clean and professional. He explained all that was going on and what he was doing in a understandale manner. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: $39 tune up turned into $120 repair which was needed. But something else didn't work and the next estimate was about $600. We called another a/c repair and got fixed for $110 vs $600 estimate. Then what was supposedly fixed for the $120 charge did not work. Very Dissapointed
