Description of Work: Our experience was very mixed. In dealing with office, Krista was amazing. She was very professional, helpful and a very cheerful person. She was a great help to me during the entire process. Layout day went great. The gentleman who helped us had great insight for us on how to pick the spots to cut out the granite. We installed granite counter tops in a large kitchen, two master bathrooms and a bar in the basement. Installation day was a different story. They were short staffed. The installers commented that this was a 3 person job not a two person job. Older installer was in a foul mood most of the day. There was minor damage done to the cabinetry. My father ended up removing the door frame so they didn't damage it too! They insisted that the cut for the island cook top had to be done in the house. Dust was everywhere and they did not close off the other rooms so they too had to be cleaned up. (I had just put in new hardwood floors in the family room. I was not happy.) When the company came out to measure for the island we were told that the cook top had to be on sight for measurement. This should have been noted and done in the shop. Also there is a very noticeable gap between the back of the cook top vent and the granite. There was a suggestion made by Marble Unique on how they could camouflage it but I was required to pay more money for this service. I have spent enough on this kitchen. We had a contractor out that am to remove the existing granite and to raise the counter tops. The installer was supposed to "shimmy" up the counter tops to line up with the back splash. When I told him he needed to raise the counter tops he seemed very upset with me for telling him he had to do this. He didn't want to do it. He did do it but seemed very annoyed with me for wanting him to do it. (It's his job! I was told by the contractor and M.U. that it would be done) My bathrooms and bar turned out fine and I would give that service an A. Krista alone deserves an A rating.

Description of Work: We shopped around for our granite. Nick was professional and highly responsive. He was excellent at locating the slabs for us and expediting the entire process. I met with Nick & Justin to lay out the templates which was made into a very simple, easy process and the results were phenomenal. I would use them again, without hesitation.

Description of Work: I have used them 4 times, the first time in 2006 for granite countertops for my kitchen. The other three times were for granite bathroom vanities. I was able to use remnant pieces for the bathrooms which saved some money. They have always come on time and great quality of work. They have a huge warehouse with a good selection of granite.

KITCHEN AND BAR SINKS, AS WELL AS, FAUCETS' COST NOT INCLUDED IN THE $5,400 PRICE.
