"They knocked down the hornets nest, however they do have a predatory contract. I only needed them for one thing. The contract has 4 check marks at which it appears that it is when you will be charged but the way you will be charged is monthly and not quarterly. Who needs a monthly pest subscription at $50 for 12 months? To break the contract is $200 so be aware and read the contract carefully. Hopefully theyll get a class action due to these practices. "Appears very professional, never showed up and had to rescheduled. Gave me discount for the inconvenience. They did the treatment from the outside. However, my master bathroom where the termite originated from and very much destroyed the wood etc. I have been asking to Robbie and Zack if they did the treatment for master bathroom from the inside. Robbie, try to reschedule but I have no answer. Called the office, still waiting. It has been over two weeks. I would not recommend them to anyone. My service was handled by Prescott office."
