Derek was terrific! He was diligent about following up with me and did everything he said he would. Great quality of work and customer service. Scheduling was very accommodating and everything was completely explained and all questions answered. I would recommend him and will use him again for any other jobs. Also left the work site looking just like it did when he stepped in the door.

Our hot water heater decided to call it quits on Tuesday night.. not exactly the best timing. We tried HomeAdvisor and were conneceted with Derek in minutes. Derek was honest with us and provided us the information we needed to make an informed decision. Derek was at our home by 9 Wednesday and our new unit installed by noon. He pricing was more than fair and he was respectful of our home and explained everything clearly. We will certainly use him for other plumbing jobs.

Our Hot Water Heater was leaking and we needed a new one. Dealing with Derek was very pleasant. He answered all of our questions and we will definitely hire him again for more plumbing work. He was extremely knowledgeable and did NOT try to up charge us for anything. His work was efficient and he cleaned up after the job. Very conscientious and his quote was very competitive.

NB Plumbing replaced our water heater and moved our gas line . Derek arrived at the time he said he would, installation was fast and his work was very neat. While there we discussed an issue with our gas line that resulted in us not being able to move our new stove close enough to the back wall. Derek agreed to take a look at it while he was there and as able to adjust that pipe and the stove fit perfectly. I would highly recommend NB Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs

I hired Derek to replace my water heater and am so glad I did! We initially had a delay on delivery of the parts, but Derek kept me informed every step of the way. Derek was efficient, professional and did a great job installing water heater in a miniscule and challenging space in laundry room. Successfully overcame a number of obstacles with skill and ingenuity. Good at communicating from start to the finished installation.
