Service tech was very informative and polite. Was able to come out the day I called. Since I run an office complex with over 30 tenants and having hot water is a necessity. Would not hesitate to call this company again.

I had a leaking hot water heater. Prompt call back from NB Plumbing. Took the time to answer my questions and gave me honest information regarding either replacing or removing my second water heater.
