+ -1 moreReasonable and did an excellent job went "above" on fixing the projects that needed more work.
Description of Work: Fixed the outside where a window was leaking rain in a room. Fixed rotten wood for a soffit. Replaced my front storm door and bought a chain for it and installed that. Repaired my chimney corners and replaced plywood from Woodpeckers building a nest. They secured the chimney too from being loose.
