I am so very pleased! I worked with Dave Tarrence to get this scheduled and set up. Dave did an excellent job of explaining the process and showed pictures of other work that had been done. He went into the crawlspace and took many pictures so that I could see what was currently lurking under my house. It took a couple of months to get scheduled but once the work started it took about a week. Dave's crew of Cody, Mario, and Zack were a real pleasure to deal with. They showed up on time every day and worked very diligently the whole time. Cody was always good to answer my questions and to let me know of the progress, when necessary. Due to the holidays and scheduling issues it was a couple of weeks before Dave and I did a 'crawl through' to review the completed work. The crawlspace is so clean and tidy that it is like an extra room. I admit that I was hesitant about spending that kind of money, but after seeing how wet it was before and after seeing the benefits of the insulation, I am glad that I did it. I have hardwood floors throughout my house and I am convinced that encapsulating the crawlspace will be beneficial for the floors.

His quote was cost-prohibitive for us so we had to go with another company. He came to my house to give me a quote. He was professional and the quote was well-written and presented.

The guys showed up on time, worked hard and did exactly what was promised. Excellent work.

Doug and Zach did an excellent job. I would have them here anytime. Their boss, Corey Westgate was awesome to work with. Doug and Zach were very informative as they did the job. All of them were punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and personable.

owner came out to give estimate and explain what they were going to do. estimate was accurate. they installed a bigger sump pump, dug well deeper, rerouted draining, put vents in, installed plastic, made opening bigger and installed door. supervisor came out when job was finished to check work. they were very professional, cleaned up after themselves.

Overall I would say that they did a good job with the task that they had. They were all nice people.

They do the dirty work no one else wants to do with a high degree of professionality and for a reasonable price. They stand by their work and will recheck anytime for no charge. 8 years after the work, they came and checked and gave helpful advice after a very wet season.

We liked it and they came and did an excellent job. The fellow that gave us an estimate did come out and check the work to make sure everything was done well.

We were impressed from the first visit with Chris Crow. He was very informative, punctual and pleasant to work with. His crew was also punctual and worked within the given time frame. Chris took before and after photos and encouraged us to take a "tour" of the crawlspace when the work was done. He also made it clear that his company is available if any problems arose after the project was completed. The job was expensive, but worth the money.

Chris took the time to prepare the photos to show the crawl space trouble spots and was very honest in all of his recommendations. His team cleaned the workspace when they were done and then Chris took after photos to show what was done. While this is not a visible home improvement, it has improved the humidity in the house and in the windows. This was a worthwhile investment and would recommend this business to anyone needing this work done.

If I was staying in my home or the party hiring the contractor, I would definitely hire Chris from the Crawlspace Doctor. He was very professional and thorough in his evaluation and spent time explaining his findings and the best way to result the current problems and how to proactively curb future problems. As time was critical due to the sale process, Chris worked us right into his schedule and came out the next day to give us an estimate.

Chris was very pleasant to work with throughout the entire process. He even returned a phone call when he was out of state. I feel it was a fair price for a big job. The before and after pictures were nice too. He tries to keep the price reasonable and suggests doing the basics without adding extra expense if he doesn't think it is necessary. His workers were polite and left the job site clean and neat.

Chris Crow and his crew did what they said they would do. Chris was very responsive and professional in his approach. His crew was very conscientious and sensitive to our needs. I am very satisfied with the work performed and the level of customer service.

MR. CHRIS CROW, WHO GAVE ME THE ESTIMATE AND ALSO PERFORMED THE WORK, DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE THOUGHT THE PROBLEM WAS, GAVE ME SEVERAL OPTIONS AND THEN DID THE WORK AND MORE. HE ADDED A SMALL HEATING DUCT, ADDITIONAL INSULATION AND A CUSTOM-MADE INSULATED, WOODEN DOOR. IN ADDITION, HE TIDIED UP THE WIRING, REPLACED SOME POORLY INSTALLED INSULATION AND PUT DOWN A NEW VAPOR BARRIER. HE ALSO SENT ME SOME PICTURES TO SHOW WHAT HAD BEEN DONE. CHRIS REALLY KNOWS CRAWLSPACES AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
