Description of Work: I requested they call at least 2 days in advance so I could be home when they came. They could not call any earlier than the night (usually after 5 pm) the night before. When I spoke to the owner and questioned this inconvenient policy, he was very rude and started screaming and verbally attacked me. He commented that I had high expectations...as compared to LOW??? I would never use this company and I would never refer them. I have since hired another company the technicians and owner are extremely courteous and professional and their fee is very reasonable.

Description of Work: This is an addendum to my previous glowing review from last year. So far this year I have not had an application on my yard. I have called a total of four times, with promises to take care of this. Nothing.....I used to be able to call the local office and talk to the owner, TruGreen changed the phone system and all you can get is Corp. and a lot of promises. My neighbor has had two applications so far this year and I am still waiting.......I have paid my bills on time so I can't figure how I have slipped thru the cracks. It's the promises and "so sorry" I'm upset about......and my lawn gets weeder and weeder! If they don' t get here today.....I'm leaving them and hope Angies list will get me one I can depend on.

Description of Work: We have used this Lawn Co. for a year and they do a good job. Their workmen are always polite and especially helpful with suggestions on how to improve our yard. We have one very nice gentleman who even asks me how I am today! No problems as far as we are concerned.

 + -1 moreOverall I am happy with the service and the people I have contact with are friendly and they always explain what is to be done and the prices of the services preformed. I have recommended them to friends.
Description of Work: They inspected and sprayed entire lawn(1 acre) for summer weeds and crabgrass. They tell us what to expect -weeds will die off in about a week. And they do. And they always say to water the lawn for best results. We have an acre and no sprinkler system so we rely on Mother Nature to water. It usually works out. We have been using TRU GREEN for alittle over a year and our yard does look better and I am saved the trouble and hassle of buying and applying all that fertilizer and weed control.

 + -1 moreI called and they came out, gave an estimate and called my back to check on my thoughts. The gal on the phone gave me some choices on pricing. When I hesitated, she offered a discount if I paid for all applications at once, so I was very satisfied with the result. Our lawn looks really good, of course the extra rain we've had this Summer helps too. But the weeds are under control and will get better with more apps.
Description of Work: This was for fertilizer/weed application. I took the four apps. with the additional apps later if I wanted, at additional charge.

 + -1 moreThey are wonderful. They are always punctual and on time. They are polite when they come out. When they say that they are going to do something they always do it. I like that they will let me mail in my payments. I also like that I do not have to mail in the entire payment, because they are willing to work with me on the payments.
Description of Work: Scott's Lawn Service comes out to fertilize and aerate my lawn. I have been using them for the past year.
