LOWE'S

Description of Work: Simple backsplash purchase and install took forever. Estimate was "done" do went to store and was NOT close to done. Then they called to say we werent in their system. They were using different phone number did not search by name. Short on help etc. I had to call to see about install since installers didn't call. After two calls found out the store didn't have enough material. So still waiting. Never Lowes again

Description of Work: We went through Lowes for a new fence. The interaction with Lowes was poor, we had a difficult time with the Lowes scheduler etc. The actual fence installer was great. We need another area fenced in but we will not go through Lowes. It isn't worth the headache and bother.

Description of Work: Coordination between the Lowe's stores to quote renovation for my kitchen including countertops, floor installation and cabinets was poor at best. We uploaded our own measurements to the website to ensure the process was as streamlined as possible. We met with the Kitchen design contractor (Chris) and the General Contractor. Not only did these two not communicate almost each other, they lost measurements, gave us a bid for labor and forgot the materials. Took two weeks to call back from a voicemail, and then indicated that they included a full bid when they still had not included materials. We finally cancelled our relationship and decided to get quotes from Kitchen's etc who at least have shown up to the appointment for measurements on time, unlike LOWES. Overall TERRIBLE experience.

Description of Work: Two guys showed up and they replaced 3 windows in a converted walk up attic room. They had it done and cleaned up in half a day. We bought the Pella 350 windows and we love them.

Description of Work: We went to talk with someone there after receiving an outrageous flooring quote from Empire floors. The sales person there was very helpful, kind and knowledgable. Their prices were 1/4 of what empire had quoted us.

Description of Work: We spent a lot of time at Lowe's getting an estimate for the counter tops, although I did not end up using them.

Description of Work: We used Lowe's when we had some work done in our bathrooms. It was 2 1/2 baths and it included flooring, plumbing and new fixtures. They took out the old toilets and sinks.
