Poorly
Description of Work: Seeking quotes for mulch amount and installation, stump removal and "deadwooding" of 2 large oak trees on my property. Their response was fast, the estimate/price was reasonable. The gentleman that came took my e-mail address and stated I'd receive a written estimate in approx 3 days via e-mail. I never received the estimate. I called them daily for over a week. Then one afternoon I get a call from a young girl stating "we can bring your mulch to you tomorrow around 9am". I explained that I was waiting for a "promised" written estimate for all the above work before approving any delivery. She gave me "Kevin's direct cell number" to discuss the above situation. I called, was able to leave a detailed voice message, and never heard back from them again.
