Jim himself came onsite. He was once again incredibly professional, friendly, responsive, prompt with his follow through, and impressive. I had used Jim the previous year to replace a window and he was the no-brainer go to service provider that I chose without hesitation to complete this job based on my previous experience with the window. He completed the job on time, on budget, and even provided additional suggestions that I greatly appreciated. I don't know anything about doors and I completed entrusted the task of selecting a high quality door to Jim. He walked me through various options, was great at reading his audience with what I needed, and had great suggestions around matching the door to the style of the home to maintain its value. Jim was not only an expert craftsman and obviously knows his trade, but his business follow through was equally impressive. I could call and email Jim and he was responsive and professional. I am a college educated software professional that typically is very critical of service providers as I am in the service industry and hold people to a very high standard. Jim exceeded my expectations in every aspect of this job. I would hire Jim again to work on anything. I am currently renting but planning to bring Jim with me as a trusted service provider for the next home I purchase!!!!!!

Jim and his team did an excellent job repairing the damage to both of my bathrooms in my condo. He professionally informed me of the cost and the source of the damage. The previous contractor did not install the Whirlpool tub in the master bathroom (2nd floor) correctly which caused water to drain into the floor. The ceiling eventually caved in on the first floor. He repaired the tub and fixed the ceiling while taking into consideration water damage and mold caused by the previous contractors poor workmanship. Jim is trustworthy, fair, dependable, professional and prompt! I was ecstatic that he was able to quote and repair the damage so quickly. He not only repaired the damage that was caused fixed the work of another contractor, but was reasonably priced. I highly recommend his services to anyone! Very clear and organized communication on contractors end. He asked us a lot of questions to help narrow down exactly what would fit our style and ended up constructing a beautiful mantel out of cedar and installing it in a very timely manner for a great price.

Jim Staepert came recommended by our original custom builder. He was prompt, accurate in all estimates, and respectful of our home and time. It was replaced as good as new.

They came and did a thorough walk thru at our home to determine how many windows needed glass replacement and provided an estimate and scope of work. The email communication was prompt and detailed. Once the work began, it was completed in a timely and professional manner. I felt very comfortable with them in my home.
