Bowden Ceramic Tile

He is an excellent tile man but some of the other work was done to a "B" work instead of an "A" work. The switches for the fan and the light were wired in the wrong positions. He said the wiring was to short to fix but I had no problem fixing it myself. He dose his best work on tile.

Outstanding. This is the second time we have had Wayne Bowden do work for us and we are just as pleased with this job as the first. For the ceramic tile installation we selected an artic white tile and a cobalt blue tile for a boarder and random pattern. Wayne did an excellent job with the installation and design. We also had him install several tiles with murals or pictures that really added color. After removing the old ceramic floor tile and carpet, we discovered that the floor really dipped in two locations because the builder used warped floor joists. So much for a custom built home! Wayne identified the low areas and then used latex leveling compound throughout to correct the problem, then installed cement board on top before installing the ceramic floor tiles. You would never know the floor was uneven. Wayne is a true craftsman and a real professional. He is hard working and leaves your home spotless. You may find other contractors who are cheaper, but no one as good as Wayne!

We had cracked grout because of a poor design of shower by our builder, and water was leaking below to our kitchen ceiling. Wayne came out and caulked the tile and fixed the problem. We will eventually have him come fix the whole shower like it should have been done by the builder in the first place. Very happy with his work. Repeat customers!

WAYNE WORKED WITH US THROUGH VARIOUS PLAN REVISIONS AND PROPOSED A NUMBER OF OPTIONS TO ADDRESS A PHYSICAL CHALLENGES OF OUR FAMILY MEMBER, WHICH WORKED OUT WONDERFULLY. HIS ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND CRAFTSMANSHIP MEET THE HIGHEST STANDARDS. WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH ALL ASPECTS OF HIS WORK AND PLAN TO HAVE HIM REMODEL OUR POWDER ROOM IN THE NEAR FUTURE. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM WITHOUT RESERVATIONS TO ANYONE WHO WANTS THE JOB DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

This was a wonderful experience. The job done was excellent. They were able to work us into their schedule much sooner than we expected, and I was thrilled to get our shower back! The tile looks great, and he corrected several things that were not done properly when it was installed. We would definitely have them back again for another job. The cost was a bit higher than other bids but very much worth every penny.

We were very impressed, he showed up exactly when he said he would. The bathroom looks great. We told him what we wanted and he offered his input as well and even finished before schedule.

He was very up front about his schedule and when he'd be able to get to my job. He was gracious enough to recommend someone else that does tile work and is also on Angie's List. He said he always recommends companies that are highly rated on Angie's List. I appreciated his honesty and referral.

THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A CONTRACTOR. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY WAS THERE EVERYDAY AND DID MOST OF THE WORK. THEY ARRIVED AT 8:00 SHARP AS SCHEDULED AND WORKED UNTIL 5-5:30 EVERYDAY. THEY PUT DROP CLOTHS DOWN AND CLEANED UP EVERY DAY. I CANT SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS! I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORKMANSHIP AND FINAL PRODUCT OF BOTH BATHROOMS.

Outstanding craftsmanship! Wayne Bowden is a perfectionist and does the job right. After tearing out the old leaking shower he quickly uncovered all the mistakes made by the builder. Wayne built a new custom shower to our specs, installed a new Kohler tub that feels as solid as a cast iron tub, installed a new custom built Corian sink top with Corian sinks, new plumbing and tile throughout. Wayne can do this because he has know-how and is a true expert. His tile work is superb. Wayne is on time every day, begins by laying floor tarps over everything, and ends the day by cleaning up. He is the only contractor I have ever had that takes all his own garbage with him and does not use my garbage cans. He even brings his own vacuum. He may charge more than others, but you get what you pay for and his excellence is worth the price. We have already asked him to remodel another bathroom developing problems and to do tile work in our kitchen. Wayne Bowden is the best in the industry.

Mr. Bowden was punctual, polite, neat, and did an outstanding job on the tile. Would highly recommend and will use again...
