company gave me a very detailed quote.. The price was reasonable. They showed up at the time I was told. All work was done to my satisfaction. I would defiantly recommend them for any job needed done.

I was out of town on the day AAA did the work, but upon my return I saw that the job had been completed, just as Dave had promised, and I was pleased with the results. The concrete slab is now in a position to alleviate the drainage problems and, except for the small holes drilled into the slabs. there is little visual evidence of the work. Dave has even promised to check the slab again in the spring to see if any follow-up is required. I am happy with the price and the results and, almost more importantly, I was impressed by the responsiveness by AAA to my request for a quote and the timing of the work.

It went very well. Communication was great and they did what the said they would do, when they said they would do it. Very happy with the services provided.

They were responsive and did quality work. When they came out, they gave me an estimate. They seemed to be knowledgeable and very personable.

I originally left a voicemail and received a call back a hour later which was good. Once AAA had my information, I was told they would be out to check the property. This was without wanting to schedule a time for me to be there. It seems as though they just wanted to show up whenever. I explained that I would like to be there because I was purchasing the home and was closing next week. Then she added that because I didn't own the home it would be $25 to receive the estimate. I asked if I would receive this treatment had I owned the home and it was explained that it would not be required. In every call I made to other companies, no other company required this. No matter how desperately I explained that I wasn't just trying to get an estimate to haggle purchase price, she refused to believe my sincere attempt at receiving an honest estimate. I asked her to waive the fee because I was simply gathering all the information I wanted to choose the best contractor for the job and that I wanted to meet the contractor to gain confidence in my choice in company. She refused, simply because she thought I would take their estimate and leave. I honestly don't see how my situation is any different from someone who owns a home but still wants to speak to several companies to get several different opinions. Had AAA Mudjacker required all their potential customers pay a $25 estimate fee, I would feel differently. I would still have said, and quot;No thanks,and quot; but it would have been different. In the end, as I continued to understand why they would treat me differently and to ask for a fair estimate, she decided to hang up on me. Overall, a perfect example of a company putting itself first before the customer. A company should try to convince me why they are better for a job and try to earn my business. A company should not require that I pay them to tell me they're worth it. I suppose in the end I'm glad I learned how the treat others from the start.

Called to set an appointment and was told it would happen that week and would receive a call from Dave before he arrived. Everything I was told happened as planned. Dave was punctual for the quote and went over what would occur if he provided the service. Was impressed with the level of detail given and impressed with him. The day before the scheduled service, it rained. Dave called me that afternoon and told me he felt, given the conditions, the equipment might cause minor damage to the yard and would rather wait. Once the ground was dry (a few days later), the team came out and did the job. The patio was raised to proper grade and they cleaned up the area well beyond my expectations. Other than the corrected patio, I couldn't tell they had been there. Quite impressed with the job done and with follow up on Dave's part. A few days ago he provided me with details, tips, and products to seal the space between the patio and the brick on the house. Would use and recommend his service to anyone.

They were very professional and responsive. The area looked great. There was one spot that was concerning to me and they came out and fixed it quickly. I would recommend them and use them again.

Everything went great. They leveled my driveway and sidewalks. They were very affordable and I would highly recommend them if anyone has areas of their concrete that have either lowered or sank. My driveway and sidewalk look pretty close to what they look like when the house was built.

Great experience with AAA Mudjackers. They showed up within a week of me calling. They did a great job lifting a portion of the walkway and our front step that were sinking.

From the time I contacted the provider the work was completed within 2 days. What service!! I was so pleased with the ease and of the contact and the quickness of the service. The work was completed and my driveway looks great. They were so professional and I will use them in the future. A great company and employees!!

Doug was very informative, he explained exactly what they could do to lift my porch back up and get it leveled and back closer against the house. He also followed up the next day after the job was completed to make sure I did not have any questions or concerns. They did provide and Angie's List discount.

I called them to schedule an estimate. He happened to be in the area and came out that afternoon. They were able to do the work without me being home. The whole thing was taken care of in less than a week! Extremely friendly, professional and prompt! I would highly recommend them.

They showed up as scheduled and did a great job and cleaned up. They even made a suggestion for some caulking to help, explaining to me where to buy the materials best for the job.

The return call, estimate, and service was provided within a week. We are very pleased with the result. There was a slight problem and it was explained thoroughly. They were great to work with and I will hire them again if the need arises.

I called another place and they told me that they were "still trying to get all their people back" so the job wouldnt be done for at least a month. I called AAA mudjackers and they were able to get me scheduled right away. The other place wanted me to chisel away some patch concrete work that was done by previous owners of the house, but AAA didnt ask me to do that, nor did they charge me anything extra. The sidewalk looks really good! I am quite happy - thank you!

They were very professional and courteous! They were very punctual. They explained what they were going to do. I had viewed their website and it had a video of how it was done so I had a pretty good idea what they were going to do., They came back a couple days later and caulked the seam. They did a GREAT JOB!

FANTASTIC. We are preparing to sell our house and had some issues with our front sidewalk and back patio. I have heard a few horror stories about concrete leveling companies and that it was very easy to be taken advantage of. AAA Mudjackers dispelled those misconceptions from the very first time I spoke with them by phone. They came out the next day, explained the issues and the process and gave us a very fair estimate. We scheduled the work immediately. They were very timely and professional. They performed the work exactly as described and the results were great. Even more impressive was their diligence, follow up, and customer service. They are a small family business (Dave, Rhonda and their son) and I found they went above and beyond to be sure that we were satisfied with their work. I was so satisfied that I have already referred 2 of my friends to them. If you need this type of work, I strongly encourage you to call AAA. I will definitely use them again in there is a need. Noticed the small porch had sunk about 4 inches over the years when we had the paver sidewalk redone. The estimate guy was on time and courteous. the actual team also came when promised, did a good job, and cleaned up after themselves.

I called another concrete leveling company first for an estimate, and after not hearing anything for 3 days, I called back. I was told that someone would get back to me with an appointment time to check out the site....another week. I was too impatient for that, wanting to correct the problem before a new tenant moved in. I called AAA Mudjackers and left a message. Dave called me back that afternoon. He called the next day after reviewing the work needed with my estimate. I agreed with the price quoted, and the work was done a few days after that. Dealing with them was just a pleasure, and I would use them again.

they were prompt and professional. they explained what they were about to do patiently. Since i never had the process done before I was amazed at the process.

The guy contacted me right back and provide my phone number and address and he will come out. He came out and gave me a quote. He discussed it with my wife and 2 days later, he was back out there and did the job. Everything was super quick and smooth with him. He actually gave me a discount since I called him back. So that was great. The price is great.

It didn't take them very long to finish the job but they have answered the questions that I have.

These guys were awesome to work with and came highly recommended to me by my pool company. I was pretty unsure of how easily the pool deck could be fixed, or if it even could be fixed at all. It had dropped in quite a few places and needed some attention (we have lived in the house for about a year). He was very polite and great to work with and very much wanted to make sure they did a good job - and they did! It took most of a day for his two workers who were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves. It was pretty amazing to watch actually and see my pool deck slowly get level as they worked through each spot. It will not ever be perfect and I did not expect that but it is a huge improvement and much appreciated. He called me the next day too to check and see if we were happy with everything.
