Did a great job! I had talked to other concrete businesses, and one could come out to give me an estimate in 2 weeks, and the other in 6 weeks! AAA had me send some photos (I live about an hour away) and said they could do the job the following week. The job was all completed exactly one week after I first called! Front stoop is now all on one level and looks much, much better. One side of the driveway required several mudjacking attempts, but they finally got it raised. Now the driveway is high enough that one can step easily from the driveway to the stoop, and I won't need to add a stair step somewhere, as I originally thought, which will save me some time and money. They put caulking between the sections of the stoop afterwards, and repaired some footing that fractured in the process, and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. David is very good about talking with the customer about options, suggestions, etc. Prices are reasonable, and much more affordable than other options. Would highly recommend AAA Mudjackers.

Mudjackers came out, and leveled the sidewalk leading up to our front porch, the sidewalk in front of our house, and 2 slabs of our driveway. They were on-time, courteous, completed the work and cleaned up after themselves. Very satisfied with this service, and would recommend them.

The slab is now level and joints are sealed.

Very good, very quick response and did it sooner than expected

Work was good by sub-franchise which is out of business. Principle franchise at the Sheridan, IN address has not responded to my calls for follow up on chalking of concrete joints.

Dave came out to give us a quote sooner than they had told us they would be available and an entire month sooner than the other company that we called for a quote. He is a very friendly and down to earth person. He was very up front with us that he wasn't sure if the steps were fixable due to the way that they had been built. He gave us two quotes - one for the sidewalk and one for the sidewalk with the steps. He said if they couldn't get the steps to work then they wouldn't charge us for it. The were back within a week to do the work. They were professional and quick, and called me out to check if we liked the height the steps were at or wanted them a little higher. They were patient with me while I used FaceTime to let my husband see the steps as well and watch them be raised up higher. Dave explained to us exactly what was happening and how it worked. Dave was able to raise up our steps and sidewalk and they look so much better! There are cracks in them due to the previous slope/settling, and Dave took the time to talk to me about options for making it look nicer. The process created 3 round holes in the concrete which they cleaned and filled well, so it really looks very natural. I don't think most people would even notice them. I would definitely recommend Mudjackers. I think they are one of the few companies left out there that take personal pride and commitment in what they do. I didn't think to take "before" pictures, but I included some pictures of how it is now. We a very happy.

Dave came out on Sunday to give estimate and performed the work on Wednesday.

I called for an estimate, Dave came by and made an estimate that I thought was reasonable and I told him to put us on his schedule. The office called the next day saying they had a job in the area and wanted to know if they could do the job the next day. That was fine, Dave and his son arrived on time and performed the work. The work was good, the slabs are now flush with the others and they performed clean up. Received a one year written warranty with the paid receipt. Dave was very personable and I was pleased with the work.

Owner came within two days and gave us a quote. He came back within a few days and did the work. Clean up was great and work done looks great. They had scheduled a time and David called to tell me he would be about 30 minutes late which I appreciated.

GREAT! I called and asked for a quote. Within 2 days Dave came out and we agreed on a price. The following Tuesday, Dave arrived with his son Cody at noon. They raised the concrete steps over 5 inches! There was still a gap at the back of the steps and Dave filled that in as well. It looks so much better and is safe again. I am providing before and after photos.

After I added dirt, I called in February 2016, figuring the harder ground might be better for them to complete their work. I never received a call back. On May 2, 2016, I called back and asked for them to come out and level my driveway. The lady said she will take a message and call me back. I never received a call back. On Thursday, June 9, 2016, I called back and talked to the same lady I spoke to before. She stated they had been so busy due to all the rain delays that she hadn't had the chance to get back to me. I explained my situation again and She said the foreman who completed my job no longer works for them and he didn't have authorization to provide any warranty. I stated that I didn't understand their hierarchy, but knew he is the one I talked to on the job site. I explained the warranty is on my receipt "One year guarantee on all leveling from date of completion." She asked me if I caulked and sealed. I stated that the guys who came out completed all the work and caulked the sidewalk where they leveled it. She would talk with the owner and get back to me. She left a message for me on Friday, June 10, 2016, stating the owner would be out in the morning. Saturday, June 11, 2016: the owner came out to discuss my situation. I explained what occurred and showed him the driveway where it sunk/not level with the house. He was very belligerent during our conversation about how he couldn't come out for free and complete the job. Several times he approached me with a very angry look and was yelling at me outside of my house. He stated I should have gotten the agreement in writing, stating, "You are a smart guy. You know you should have gotten that my guys would come out later and level your driveway in writing." I explained the guarantee was on his invoice. He seemed so upset that at times I thought he wanted to hit me. He stated his guys would never have told anyone they would come back out for free. I asked him if he was calling me a liar. He said, "Yes I am!" I ended the conversation by saying that I was going to update my status on Angie's List since I received a 10% discount for putting a positive comment when they completed the project. He became outraged by saying, "You are one of those people who share this stuff on social media! I am so sick and tired of you people" I walked away and came back into my house. No one should have to go through this type of abuse and lack of customer service. My personal recommendation is to never do business with this company in the future.

We like to support local, family-owned businesses because we have found that their work ethic is strong and they provide excellent service at a great price. I contacted AAA Mudjackers and Dave came by the next day to give a quote on leveling four sections of our sidewalk that lead to our front porch. These sections had sunk and were creating a trip hazard. Dave explained the mudjacking process and I felt very confident that he would do a great job. I called Rhonda at the office to schedule the work. Dave and Cody came out May 23 and did a beautiful job of leveling our sidewalk and cleaned it off when they were finished. My husband and I were thrilled with the work they did! The added bonus is that everyone involved, from Rhonda in the office, to Dave and Cody, are great to work with, friendly, and helpful! I like to get quotes from two companies for jobs like this, and Dave was able to get the entire job done before the second company I spoke with could even get here for a quote! If you appreciate the kind of service I've described, you can't go wrong with AAA Mudjackers -- they are awesome from start to finish!

This was a wonderful experience working with this family owned local business. We are in the process of selling our home and the uneven concrete came up on our inspection report. I called and spoke to Rhonda and she set up a time for David to come out and give an estimate. I was not home when David came out, but he called me right away to discuss what he could do and provided an estimate. Once I approved the work, Ronda called to schedule the job to be done the following week. David and his son came out to do the work and they were very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. The steps look fantastic! They were efficient and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend AAA Mudjackers, very nice hard working people.

We were very happy with AAA Mudjackers. They were prompt, very customer service orientated and we could not be more happy with the outcome.

Everything went very, very well. Dave, the owner of AAAMudjacker's employees did a great job. Our sidewalk was buckling in quite a few places and they leveled it all off. They also jacked up a corner of the driveway that had sunk down. It all looks great and we are very pleased. Dave is very meticulous about how he does his work and everything was cleaned up before they left. Thanks for a job well done.

All went well. David is a professional and personable person. The work was completed while we were at work. AAA raised both slabs about 2 inches to their original positions.

Excellent follow up - Rhonda called to inform me that Doug would be calling to set up an estimate. Doug called several times and left messages to f/u with me regarding appt. Appt for estimate was made easily and quickly. Doug and his son, Brandon, came out to assess issues, make recommendations and give estimate. Both were very knowledgeable and courteous. Made f/u appt for actual mudjacking within a few days of estimate. Evaluated outcome of job/walk through with me after finished with job and made further recommendations. All in all, Doug was incredibly responsive and timely with questions or phone calls. Doug and Brandon both were very courteous, customer service driven and professional.

They did a great job! They came out and gave us an estimate. We scheduled the work with them. They fixed it to the point where you cannot tell there was ever a problem there. The workers were cordial and professional. They also gave us some pointers on maintaining some other parts of our concrete work around the home. They did the work for the price quoted. It was a great value!

Chipmunks had created massive tunnels underneath my sunroom. Mudjackers poured concrete underneath the sunroom to stabilize the structure. The work was done right away. They were very professional and efficient.

Last summer AAA Mudjackers leveled my back patio and it looked great. Dave McDonald, the owner, let me know it had a 1 year warranty. Over the winter the patio raised another half inch in the exact same area that was fixed by them. Dave came back in May and told me it would cost another $300 to fix. I asked why since it was less than one year and the exact problem they addressed last summer. He said, "I'm not a mind reader" how was I to know that side would adjust. I told him he was the professional and should have assessed it properly. He let me know I was not making sense. He then said if I didn't want to pay to cover it with a rug. Once he realized I was not planning to pay he stormed off the properly letting me know I'm an unreasonable customer. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THERE IS NO WARRANTY.

They were perfect. We called them and within a half hour they were at the house to provide an estimate. They completed the work in 4 days. Great expereince.

Doug did a great job. We had the job done while out of town. Doug called to schedule, and agreed to take pictures and forward them to us on completion. They were the only ones willing to watch the weather and get it done. All other providers said they would get back with me in April.

company gave me a very detailed quote.. The price was reasonable. They showed up at the time I was told. All work was done to my satisfaction. I would defiantly recommend them for any job needed done.
