Very well. Randy was sent to me on recommendation from Mathew Appliance Repair who had already determined that my dryer was working fine mechanically. Randy came out same day; called me to let me know when he was on his way so I could meet him at my home without having to take additional time off work. He determined that there was a significantly sized bird's nest in the vent at the roof. He cleaned out the vent, checked the rest of the system, replaced a bent section behind my dryer, cleaned up after himself and was done in under an hour. Very pleasant man. Easy to trust.

I didn't get to meet Randy on the first trip because of a work conflict. He met with my daughter and told her everything that he was able to do, including not being able to get on that snowy roof. When I called him back on a Friday in May, he came back out the following Saturday morning. There was a blockage at the discharge end that he was able to take care of. He also installed an "animal-proof" vent cover during that second visit. He only charged for the vent replacement, as he acknowledged that he couldn't do all he wanted on the first visit. Don't let the distant address dissuade you. He does work all over Central Indiana.

He was on time, polite, very professional and reasonably priced. It's good to finally feel safe, when I use the dryer. I highly recommend him.

Fantastic. This is the second time we have had Randy clean our dryer vent and his service was great once again. Randy always returns calls promptly and goes the extra step of actually cleaning the inside of your dryer as well as the vent. This was very helpful as there was much lint build up in there as well. Randy is prompt, pleasant and does a thorough job. Cleans up after the work is complete as well. We will continue to utilize Randy's services in the future.

I like guys who know what they are doing. This guy totally knows dryer vents. He not only completely cleaned the vent but also explained that the builder had constructed the utility closet too small to allow the vent to curve without being kinked. If you want the peace of mind that your dryer vents don't have dangerous lint buildup, this guy really knows how to get the job done right.

On the second visit when I asked for a recommendation to get my refrigerator coils cleaned, he offered to do it. The extra work on the refrigerator and the part he used for my dryer were INCLUDED in his fee - he did not charge me extra. I was so impressed. We had an odor coming from our dryer. They provided same day service, were very prompt and efficient.

The service person was very knowledgeable, and concerned that the venting hose was done correctly and safely. He explained what I needed to do down the road to keep the hose clean, cleaned up his mess, and was very professional.

Mr. Taylor was very polite and was able to work us into his schedule on the day after I called. He was very professional and helpful with the pointers he gave us regarding reducing lint accumulation. We would hire him again.

PROMPT, EFFICIENT. WENT THE EXTRA MILE AS MY CURRENT SET UP WAS SUBSTANDARD. HE FASHIONED A NEW SET UP FOR THE DRYER DUCT BUT DIDN'T CHARGE EXTRA.

WE PURCHASED A HOUSE AND THE DRYER CAME WITH IT. THE DRYER WAS TAKING TWICE AS LONG AS NORMAL TO DRY A LOAD OF CLOTHES. WE HAD A REPAIR MAN CHECK THE DRYER ITSELF AND IT CHECKED OUT FINE. SAFE N CLEAN WAS REFERRED TO US AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY THE DRYER REPAIR SERVICE. MR. TAYLOR ARRIVED ON TIME, HE WAS CLEAN AND VERY COURTEOUS. HE ASSESSED THE SITUATION AND KNEW THAT THERE WAS A BLOCKAGE SOMEWHERE IN THE DUCT WORK. HE USED SPECIAL BRUSHES THAT THOROUGHLY CLEAN AND SWEEP OUT ALL DEBRIS FROM THE DUCT WORK. HE SUCCESSFULLY REMOVED QUITE A LOAD OF BIRD'S NESTS FROM THE LINE! HE CLEANED EVERYTHING UP IN A TRASH BAG AND PUT IT IN THE TRASH CAN. HE PLACED A NEW VENT COVER OVER THE VENT EXIT THAT WOULD 99.9% PREVENT BIRDS FROM GETTING IN. HE SAID IF A NEST DID GET BUILT AGAIN HE WOULD RETURN AT NO CHARGE FOR THE SERVICE CALL AND INSTALL A CAGE/SCREEN OVER THE COVER TO 100% PREVENT THE BIRDS. THE DRYER WORKS AWESOME NOW. I WAS THRILLED WITH MR. TAYLOR'S SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM.

RANDY WAS HERE THE SAME DAY THAT I CALLED. HE CHARGED ME WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD ON THE PHONE AND HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYBODY.

MY DRYER HAD NOT WORKED PROPERLY FOR ALMOST A YEAR. AFTER THE APPLIANCE REPAIRMAN TOLD ME IT WAS MY VENT AND NOT THE DRYER, I HAD THE VENT CLEANED. HOWEVER, THE DRYER STILL TOOK TWO HOURS TO DRY A LOAD. AFTER MANY SERVICE CALLS TO EVERYONE FROM OTHER VENT CLEANERS, HEATING AND COOLING EXPERTS, AND PLUMBERS, I WAS PREPARED TO MOVE MY WASHER AND DRYER TO ANOTHER PART OF THE HOUSE IN ORDER TO ENSURE A SHORTER ROUTE TO THE ROOF VENT. THIS WAS GOING TO COST ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. IN A LAST ATTEMPT TO FIX THE PROBLEM, I CALLED RANDY TAYLOR AFTER READING THE REPORTS ON ANGIE'S LIST FOR SAFE N CLEAN DRYER VENT CLEANING. EVEN THOUGH I WAS CONVINCED MY VENT WAS CLEAN, RANDY CLIMBED UP IN THE ATTIC ON A 90 DEGREE DAY TO FIND A BIRD'S NEST LODGED IN THE ROOF DRYER VENT! APPARENTLY THE OTHER SERVICE COMPANIES HAD MISSED THIS. HE THEN SPENT A GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME CLEANING THE VENT AND DRYER. MY DRYER NOW WORKS GREAT! THIS PROCESS COST ONLY $85. IF ONLY I WOULD HAVE CALLED RANDY TAYLOR FIRST!
