Dryer vent cleaning took under an hour. After he leaves, my 25+ year old dryer works great and drying time is significantly reduced. He even cleans the area beneath the heating coil. Work area is spotless.

Randy returned my phone call on Tuesday and scheduled an appointment for next day. He called and wanted to know if he could come a little early so I said yes. He did some tests and agreed the vent needed to be cleaned. After vent was cleaned I ran dryer and it was heating much better

Randy called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled. That was great since I could have more of an afternoon. Have used his services for years and is very thorough. Cleaned out dryer vent in basement and cleaned up work area around it. He was done within an hour of arrival.

Randy showed up on time. He is a friendly, honest, hardworking guy. Originally he was contacted just to clean the dryer venting system. After arriving he quickly determined that the flexible tubing running from the back of the dryer was not connected to the 30 foot of vent piping located in the crawl space. He went into the crawl space and shop vacuumed out all the years of accumulated lint. Then he cleaned the lint out of the 30 feet of piping running thru the crawl space to a discharge vent on an outside wall of the side of the house. Once done he replaced the old flexible white tubing that was connected to the back of the dryer with a new lint discharge tube. Lastly he connected the flexible hose to the actual aluminum discharged pipe line. All in all one could not have asked for a better or a more reasonably priced, job. Here is something for one to keep in mind when buying a home. Make sure to add checking the dryers vent system to the home inspectors to do list. The lint from our dryer may have been accumulating in our crawl space since buying the home. Allowing line to accumulate in a crawl space is a definite fire hazard and a source of added humidity. I highly recommend the services of Safe N Clean. Randy is careful not to cause a mess in your home. He cleans up everything before he leaves. He also takes the time to explain exactly what is going on in your dryer venting system.

We called Randy and established a time and price, he arrived on time and cleaned the vent to the outside and some lint from the dryer. He even discussed how to use the dryer more efficiently. Cleaned up after his service call and was very professional throughout this activity. He is excellent and we plan on using him again.

Randy did an expert job of solving the problem of a blocked dryer vent. (He discovered that I had inadvertently closed the flap of the dryer vent when I was cleaning out the screen. Oops!) Then he cleaned out the vent. Now my dryer is completing dry time in record time. It's like I have a new dryer! Thanks so much, Randy!! We were referred to Safe-N-Clean by Duncan Appliance Service (our go-to large appliance resource), who cheerfully passed up the opportunity for a service call and instead suggested we first have Randy check and clean the dryer vent system as needed. We then called him, went through an informative Q&A together to ensure that the dryer symptoms warranted his services, and then scheduled the work only a couple of days later. He was both punctual (arriving when scheduled) and called beforehand to confirm. His work was efficient and neat, even though outdoor access our vent is not easy (both on the second story and set away from where a ladder would reach). He also provided some pointers to protect against early wear on electrical cables and and drain hoses on both the washer and dryer and showed us how both appliances need to be located farther from the wall than we had them to avoid future problems. Safe-N-Clean will now be on our list of regularly scheduled maintenance providers.

I had several appointments this week so scheduling was difficult, but Randy was great about working with me to find a time that the work could be done. Randy arrived at the agreed time and did a great job explaining the process as he went along. It took about an hour to complete.

We called Randy Taylor,the sole proprietor of Safe-N-Clean, on a recommendation from Duncan Appliance Service. We left a voice message. Randy called us back the same day and scheduled the work to be done. He stayed in communication with us, arrived on time and cleaned the dryer vents in a very clean and proficient manner. Since we had 2 dryers to be cleaned, he gave us a 50% discount on the second one, which we appreciated. As an aside, Mr. Taylor didn't need to go on our roof to clean the vents, but we noted that he does carry a ladder equipped with a stand-off to avoid contact with gutters. And he wears footies while in the house. Both of these factors are important to us.

He was here an hour. As he was working, he informed me that I did not need to buy a new dryer just needed to be fixed.

He was on time, very professional, explained what he was doing and why, and warned me of a possible problem due to the original construction using a flexible duct work in part. He cleaned the ductwork quickly and installed the new flapper. He removed about a cubic foot and half of lint and grass. It appeared that before the grill was installed a few years ago, a bird had made it's nest in the ductwork. The price was exactly what he said. I paid a little extra for the new flapper. There was no problem this time, but I know to look for issues as the ductwork ages.

Randy was able to come out same day (within a few hours in fact). We were having problems with slow drying times and not much air reaching the outside dryer vent. Randy came out to clean the vent and noticed a problem with the way the interior pipe attached to the outside vent. What was supposed to be a simple cleanout ended up with Randy spending a lot of time in our small, dirty crawl space to fix the entire dryer venting line. The problem was bigger than either of us hoped, but Randy spent the time to fully correct the problem and charged a reasonable fee for his time and effort. I would recommend and hire again.
