Company was recommended by another Angie's List service vendor who suggested that I call right away to clean out dryer vent to avoid problems. Randy called back immediately and was able to be at my house within 2 hours. He cleaned out the dryer vent in an hour and I was able to wash laundry again.

Service was excellent. Have used his company for several years and will continue to do so. He is very professional.

The owner's name was Randy Taylor. His charges were $96.00. That was the only time we had him in. The quality of work was good. He was responsive, punctual, and professional. I would definitely recommend him.

I wish he charged less, but I wish everyone charged less these days. I don't think $90 is too much for him to tear through the back of the dryer and clean it all out. I would say for one house it $90 isn't a lot. He was very accommodating. He was on time and very nice. I don't really have any complaints about him. I thought he was great. They are the only company I use to do the dryer vent cleaning.

Randy was very professional and friendly; he answered all questions. He replaced our louvered vent cap free of charge.

My dryer was not heating up correctly and it was taking too long to dry clothes. I contacted the store I purchased the dryer from and they sent out a repairman. However, there was nothing wrong with the dryer. The repairman said my vent was not exhausting properly. Our house is 17 years old and we had never had the dryer vent cleaned. I am meticulous about removing lint from the dryer screen every time I run a load. The repairman said this didn't matter. Lint would still build up in the vent. He recommended that I contact Safe-N-Clean. I called Randy the next day and scheduled him to come to the house at 8:30 a.m. Randy arrived promptly with his equipment. My dryer vent duct runs from the basement through the crawl space and out the back of the house. Randy's equipment sucked everything out without damaging my duct. He proceeded to remove a sack full of lint. Now my dryer runs wonderfully!

Randy Taylor showed up on time to clean our dryer vents which had never been done in 15 years. The upstairs dryer is a stackable set (washer/dryer) and was very heavy to move. It was moved out of closet and Randy thoroughly cleaned +6 vent which is approximately 50 feet long. He re-attached the dryer with new material and fittings. Also, cleaned downstairs dryer vent and reattached with new material and fittings. Dryers work great!

We called one afternoon and the appointment was made for the following day to have the dryer vent system cleaned. Our vent system is many feet long and has a bend, but the procedure was very efficient and relatively quick. The part that attaches the dryer to the vent system was also replaced. Mr. Taylor advised he will send a postcard when it's time to check the system again - which we really appreciate.

This was rather an emergency. Our dryer vent, which is rather long, was very clogged-there was even moisture causing a water leak. The company did a wonderful job. I can't say enough about them. The price was lower than anybody else in the book, and they were just wonderful. The owner, Randy Taylor, even cleaned the water and washed the floor under my dryer when he was done. Wonderful job.

Very well - Randy did an excellent job. Cleaning was thorough as was his clean up after the job was done. Even though he was not able to climb the steep roof to operate from the outlet of the duct, he was able to get it cleaned very well. He also suggested that we might want to replace the roof cap over the outlet with a proper one, i.e., one designed for a dryer vent.

This is the 3rd or 4th year that we have used Randy's service and as usual, he was prompt & professional. Randy goes a step beyond cleaning the dryer vent and also removes the panels on the dryer and cleans out the link from inside as well. Very thorough and reasonably priced. We will continue to use Randy's service in the future.

We moved our washer and dryer to a different section of our house so we needed a new vent and new vent pipe installed, which required drilling through stone. He also helped my husband move the dryer down a flight of stairs and hooked it up for us.

I believe Randy is the owner and the technician. I think he did an excellent job. I was real pleased with it because I wasn't sure that it may have been my dryer and he had told me over the phone before he came that it probably was not and what the problem was going to be. He was right. There was a screen at the bottom of the vent that went through the roof and everything he said was right. My dryer is working fine and there was no problem with it. I was very pleased and I would give him an overall rating of an "A" and I would recommend him to anybody.

I thought he did a very nice job and that he is a very nice person. I thought his charge was a bit high. He charges a flat rate, so if you're on the short end of time, it's a bit high.

Dryer was taking very long to dry and it blew a thermal fuse. Appliance repair man replaced fuse and advised that the dryer vent need to be cleaned in order for it to work efficiently and to stop blowing the thermal fuse. I then contacted Safe-N-Clean and made an appointment to have dryer vent cleaned out. Safe-N-Clean representative arrived at the scheduled time and cleaned the dryer vent out. The area he worked in was vacuumed and cleaned up before he left. The dryer now works as efficiently as it did when it was new (11 years ago).

Randy was very friendly and efficient. He had a special "roto-rooter" type brush that scraped out all the lint in the dryer duct and then a large vacuum that sucked it all out. It was very efficient. He also cleaned out the back of the dryer, which some services won't do. He also replaced the flexible vent tubing to the wall. I liked the idea that he only does dryer vents. We were also thrilled that he was able to replace our broken vent covers. Due to the fact they were connected to the tubing in the house wall we weren't able to figure out a way to easily replace them previously. We were very satisfied with Randy's work and would definitely recommend him to our friends.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Randy returned my call less than 5 minutes after I left him a message, and was able to schedule me for the next day. He called 30 minutes before arriving at my home so I could leave work, and arrived right when he said he would. He had to go out and come in several times through different doors in order to get his equipment/check the vent, but was very careful to make sure that our cats didn't escape and that he didn't track anything into the house. Randy explained up front that there could be some challenges with our venting but that he would try several different methods to clear up the problem, then gave me a thorough explanation before leaving. He was very nice, courteous, and there wasn't a sign of lint anywhere. I highly recommend this company - despite living in Selma, he works in Indianapolis a lot, so don't let his location dissuade you from calling.

He did a great job and was very thorough. He had a machine that cleaned out all the vent and it did a great job. He's prompt and comes when he says he will. He also does not try to overcharge.
