It was a pleasure working with Mr. Taylor of Safe-N-Clean. He exceeded the reviews posted by others who have used his service. He promptly returned my voice mail message. I don't think more than an hour passed before her returned my call. Scheduling was quick and easy. Mr. Taylor was very flexible. He arrived promptly for the scheduled appointment. He was at all times professional and courteous. He thoroughly cleaned our dryer vent system which included many turns and covered more than 20 feet in length. I will be scheduling all future dryer vent cleanings with Mr. Taylor. He is wonderful!!

Dryer was serviced by Mathew Appliance and recommended we get the dryer vent cleaned. He recommended Safe-N-Clean. We called and Randy Taylor called us back the same day and scheduled service. He confirmed his day and time and was here as scheduled. He did a great job and will have him back again.

Myself, along with 5 other neighbors on my street, hired Randy Taylor to clean our dryer vents. When I called to make the appointment, I left a message and he returned my call promptly. We settled on the date and he called back that Friday to confirm that we all were still available for the Monday appointment. On Monday 11/05/2012, he called when he was about 30 minutes out. He arrived at the time he said he would and promptly began work at the first home. My home was next. He came in and got right to work. The cleaning of the dryer vent was very thorough. Not only did he use his machine to remove the lint from the vent tubing, he also moved my dryer and vacuumed up all the lint that collects on the floor. As always, he was efficient and super polite. All my neighbors reported that they received the same kind of service. I have hired Randy annually for several years. I admire and appreciate that the quality of his service and his commitment to customer satisfaction has remained consistenly high. One of the nicest service people I have ever worked with. He is an outstanding example of what quality customer service really means.

Prompt response to phone calls; scheduled service promptly; arrived on time and did a thorough job. Wll use again.

It is easy to schedule an appointment. Randy is professional, knows his business and is honest about maintenance needed to keep your house safe and dryer working well. I will call him again when my next cleaning is due.

Purchased home summer 2012 and dryer that came with home didn't seem to be working well - eventually heating element quit and repair person encouraged vent cleaning after element replaced. He recommended Randy Taylor and his company. After confirming his status on Angie's List we made contact. He was able to come fairly promptly - arrived earlier than anticipated, which was appreciated as I had delayed departure for work to meet him. Randy first checked the vent and confirmed that it is properly installed. (It runs under a long crawl space and is difficult to see.) Then he performed the cleaning and removed a huge amount of lint. The process was quieter than I expected and also went more quickly than I anticipated. (I've never had this service performed at any home.) Randy showed me the amount of lint removed, noting its large volume compared to normal experiences. Since we don't know how long ago - if ever - the vent was cleaned he recommended an annual visit - and will send a reminder. He advised that if at annual visit the amount of lint is relatively small, we can extend the time between cleanings. Seems like a real pro and a good guy.

He was very punctual. He called before he came. He was very clear on what he was doing. Randy was top notch.

I have a strange dryer vent path so I have to use them once every 6 months. They do a great job. I've used them for about 2 years.

I have Randy clean every other year or so. He does a great job and is very personable. He also stopped by practically same day I called. (its been awhile, so cannot remember total details.) I have been using Randy for at least 6 years or so.

He was great! He was very fair and efficient. We agreed upon a price and he told me what needed to be done. He went out of his way and did some extra things. He put in new venting material that needed to be replaced. He didn't charge me for it. He told me that the vents didn't need to be cleaned but every 3 years. He was very honest and worth trying. He only does clothes dryer vents.

He cleaned out all the lint out of dryer ducts. He was very knowledgable, prompt, fair priced and was good at the services he performed in our home.

I have used him couple of times in the past, and had really good results. He actually shows me what he pulls off the dryer vent. He doesn't just clean from the dryer vent; but from the line that goes out of the house. He has a big vacuum. It sucks everything, and he then keeps it in a clear plastic bag; so I can see how much stuff he took out. One time, he came out to my older house. He said it was not the problem with my dryer vent being clogged; but the dryer, so he saved me the money. This time, he definitely showed me the clogged. I saw all the junk he pulled out. He was really accommodating. He doesn't live within the metropolitan area; but when I call him, he juggles the schedule around because he doesn't want me to be without the dryer, when they are 2 kids and 2 adults at the house.

I had recently found out my dryer duct needed replacement since my old vinyl duct was a fire hazard. Randy responded promptly to my call, took the time to give me some information over the phone, and arranged a time to come out. He was punctual, professional and efficient. And he did the work for even less than his original phone estimate since he said it was easier than expected from my description! He also replaced my old outside vent which had required removal and cleaning, with a new vent that does not require cleaning. That has been a definite plus for me and something I did not expect as part of the original quote.

Randy was on time and did a thorough job of cleaning the very long dryer venting in my upstairs laundry room.

I would give them an A rating. They were punctual and on time. They diagnosed the problem as accumulation of lint at the roof vent. The dryer was overheating but the clothes were not drying. The back-up caused the dryer to be unable to vent the heat. They cleaned the roof vent and then operated the dryer to demonstrate it was clear for service and not a fire hazard. I would definitely call them again.

I have used Safe-N-Clean for several years now and have always been extremely pleased with Randy's skill, professionalism, courtesy and customer service. He is the nicest fellow and happily does high quality work. The standard of his service has been consistent from year to year. I like that he calls before arriving so I know approximately when he will be at my home. After the cleaning my dryer is working more efficiently. Not only does his service help keep my dryer running smoothly, it gives me peace of mind that I have pro-actively addressed a potential fire hazard. I definitely will continue using Safe-N-Clean and feel this company deserves to be on the Page of Happiness as an example of an outstanding service provider. Note: I did not add this company to any other appliance service category as Randy specializes only in dryer vent cleaning.

Mr Taylor called and scheduled the appointment and came out promptly the following day. He inspected the dryer duct, went into the crawl space to determine the extent of the work, gave us an estimate and proceeded to install the new duct. We had previously had the plastic vent and it was full of lint and had badly deteriated. Mr Taylor replaced it with a full metal duct and secured it outside. He also put a cage around the exit to deter the chipmunks that had previously used the vent for their sunflower seed snacking. He put a flexible connection on the inside so the dryer can be positioned correctly and pulled out for cleaning. He was friendly and professional and did the job quickly. We would hire him in the future to clean the vent.

He always returns a phone call immediately and will put you on a yearly reminder list so that he will contact you when it is time. He does a thorough job and cleans up everything, including under and behind your dryer!
