Description of Work: )ur house is about 30 years old and the vent system from the drier needed to be replaced. Randy was punctual, very pleasant and very competent. He assessed the situation and explained the options and price clearly and then carried out the necessary work which took around one and a half hours. He cleaned up well and left the house as he found it. Anyone would be pleased with his attitude and professionalism so we highly recomend him.

Description of Work: Randy cleaned our dryer vent and as usual did a fantastic job. Randy is always punctual and cleans both the dryer and the vent - he takes the dryer covers off and cleans lint from the interior. His service is great and pricing is reasonable. We have used him for roughly 8 years and would highly recommend his services.

Description of Work: My dryer was taking longer to dry and the lint screen was not collecting lint. Randy came out and found that our newly constructed home (3 months old) still had a screen on the vent in the roof that the dryer vent went into. It was totally blocked. He removed the screen and cleaned the vent. He was very knowledgeable (used to repair dryers, etc.) and instructed me on how to know if it's my dryer or the vent that is the problem.
