I have used them three times now and they are absolutely wonderful. They let you know the price upfront. They supply first grade parts. They always show up on time and never have any excuses. I always get the plumber I ask for and he does a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were wonderful, very professional and showed up exactly when they said they would. Their quotes were right on. There were no hidden concerns like when I walk in with a major plumbing issue, I worry about whether they are going to do what they say they are going to do and they did. They were great and very reasonable too.

Called a plumber in the area told him the problem. Included we had added strong drain cleaner. Waited 2 days then late the day they were coming. Walked in the door very rude smelled chemical said he had new equipment and could not snake the drain. I showed him what it was and he said he could not do. Called Reichelt Plumbing, Rob was here in one hour he new about the chemicals , said anything on his snake would rinse off with cold water gave me a quote, explains it was to snake the drain hopefully that would work and his service call which I expected. Was done drain open in about hour. Excellent service nice guy, saw all my pets and even offered a safe weekly drain cleaner. They will be piping our whole house

They got the job done. I had roots in the drain pipe. The price was okay.

They came out quickly and took care of it. They were very helpful. I have used them before.

A friend referred them, my daughter has had them come over and also recommended them. They came over, took care of the problem the very first time and they guarantee their work for a year so I was happy about that. I haven't had a problem with it since then. They were quick, when they said they would be here at a certain time they were here.

Called to fix dripping shower head.. Looked it over, gave a Quote and than rebuit the faucet with new parts.( approx $20.00) Charged $350.00, took LESS THAN 30 MINUTES and charged that much! No senior discount (89 years old) I believe he took advantage of us. Won't call again

Service manexplained charges to complete work, and also explained charges for doing nothing. Work was completed but I felt outside faucet was not extended far enough and return valve on my sump pump line was not where I asked him to put it. Work was done o.k, however. Tech was here about 1 1/2 hours if my memory is correct. Would not recommend Reichelt Plumbing because I thought thecharge was WAY to high.

They got the work done right away. They showed up on time to do the work for me. They got the work done when they said they will. They were very courteous when they were there.

I RECOMMEND THEM IN A HEART BEAT. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND RELIABLE. WHEN WE CALLED THEM THEY CAME PROMPTLY AND TOOK CARE OF OUR PROBLEM. THEY CARE ABOUT SERVING THEIR CUSTOMERS.
