Description of Work: GM Outdoor Solutions refurbished the slate steps on the front, also performing cleaning and tucking around the stone and brick of my home. I found the crew to be personable, but focused on it's work (so I decided not to be too noticeable). The resultant refresh makes the old homestead look fresh again, and cared for. I certainly recommend Glenn Mills Outdoor Solutions for serious consideration.

Description of Work: Cleaned, tuck-pointed and sealed approximately 200 ft. brick exterior wall at subdivision entrance plus 30 ft. stone wall. Included some large cracks and brick replacement. The job start was delayed about 2 weeks due to bad weather but once started was completed in a timely fashion with great results.

Description of Work: I tried to use Glenn, he gave a thorough and acceptable estimate. When I tried to schedule the work to be done, I was unable to get a commitment or a return call. I spoke to him once on the phone after receiving the estimate and he was agreeable to performing the work, but I could never reach him again to set up a time. I cannot speak to the quality of his work, but apparently he was too busy last year to help us.

Description of Work: We needed a brick chimney which was falling apart to be removed and rebuilt from the roof up. Glen took care of it and left the property looking clean and neat.

Description of Work: They repaired out side brick and stone window sills on 1848 farm house.Raised enterior stone entry ways. They did an awesome job.

Description of Work: Glenn was very responsive. Our stone retaining wall on a fixer-upper we own started to collapse and we don't live in Cincinnati. Quick as a flash he stepped in and put hazard tape up and a temporary structure to keep it from getting worse. Unfortunately, the job seemed too complicated and we had to get a structural engineer to make a plan, but Glen took time to meet with Building Inspectors on our behalf. We really appreciated him. The only reason we gave in one B is...we never really got to see his actual stone work.

Description of Work: I contacted him by phone in mid October for an estimate on brick steps that needed repaired. He explained that he was booked until December for the work, but would be happy to come give an estimate. I agreed that it was fine - they did not need to be repaired immediately. He said he would be out on Thursday, October 20th and would leave the estimate in my mailbox. I never received the estimate, I never received a call or anything. Never heard from him again.

Description of Work: Removed the old grout from front steps and walkway which had become unsightly. replaced with new grout the hours spent on the job was much greater than expected due to the density of the old grout. Description of Work: Brick restoration one side of the house. Tuck pointed, drilled weep holes, and sealed. So far so good, no more leaking in the basement. Reasonable rates, nice guy - he's independent and pretty busy. He and a helper got to work right away and finished in a half day.

Description of Work: Glen made contact right away, came out and gave me an estimate right away. About a week later I emailed an acceptance and asked him to schedule the work but he didn't reply. I called him a couple of days later and talked to him. He said he would check his calendar and get back to me in a couple of days but he never did. Glen is a nice guy and I would have liked to work with him but it seemed like he didn't want this job. Which would have been fine if he would have just said so. But he just left me hanging there waiting for me to hear from him. I hired someone else.
