Professional Garage Door

They replaced the springs on my garage door. They did a good job.

I used them again because they did a great job before. The garage door on a rental property was broken, and the tenant called. I asked them to come out to do maintenance on the doors. They didn't even start working me over about the door; they just fixed it. I appreciated that. They were efficient. They called ahead. They were timely. They were very good about doing what I asked them to do. They honor their commitments. They don't try to sell you more than you need. The price was good for what they did.

Wonderful job, tech was in and out. Garage door never worked so good. Fabulous job!

I was quite impressed with the knowledge of the man who answered the phone. He was able to determine several details about the brand and age of my garage door opener by asking detailed questions. He made sure I understood the pros and cons of getting my door fixed (versus replaced) based on that information. I may call this company to do work if the problem is more complicated than it seems, even if they cost a little bit more. For now I'm going with another company that is cheaper for the service call.

Great! We contacted professional garage door and the person was nice on the phone. We were inquiring about financing and we were able to get 12 months same as cash. They were able to accomadate us on the date we wanted the install done. The tech that came out was very knowledgeable and even moved the track up a bit from where it was before because he said it would be better for the longevity of the door. Everything looks great and we're so happy we went with professional garage doors!

The tech gave a time estimate of 45 minutes and was at the house within that time. I was advised that there would be a overtime charge due to Sunday not being a normal business day and informed roughly what the charge would be. Once the tech was here he had the spring replaced within 40 minutes. Also greased/lubed the door along with other adjustments for it to run more smoothly. Very friendly and efficient.

I just purchased a new home and the garage door opener was acting up. Fortunately it was covered by warranty. Professional Garage Door Systems was the company contracted to fix it. Their service representative showed up early and after a quick check determined that my opener was fried. They replaced it quickly and cleaned up everything up. Their representative was friendly and courteous.

We had a spring snap on our garage door on Sunday. My wife called the next morning and someone was here about 11am that same morning. They replaced both springs and went over the garage door and made sure it was in proper alignment. He was finished before noon.

They did a pretty good job. But there is a hand lock latch that they took out. They did not put it back or reinstall it. When I called the next day, they told me they'd give it back. I keep calling back and get no response. I talked to someone again, but no action.

I was at work at the time, but my wife informed me the technician performed his job professionally, conscientiously and expeditiously.

Installer layed out parts and progressed with installation timely, no problem. But forgot to install keypad on outside of garage door. Another guy next day mounted keypad. Had to wait all day for him 4:30 PM.

Overall, everything was excellent. My garage door wasn't properly going up and down. They replaced the chain and tightened-up some parts. They fixed the problem and I haven't had any problems since. They were able to come-out the same day that I called.

No porblems. They sent the same pleasant service person who has come out before.

This company first came out about a month ago to fix our garage door that would not open. The service man even put in extra bolts so that the door woulld not be so noisy when it was raised. The company we called out before tried to entice us into parts that we did not need.

Part of my problem was user error, the other part were springs that were likely on their last leg. Everything went well. Jeff arrived right on time. He replaced both springs as they were well past their estimated end-of-life which made it almost impossible for me to lift my door after it had disconnected from the trolley and came crashing down a couple days prior. He was in an out, fixed the problem and followed up a week or two later to make sure I didn't have any other issues.

They came out the same day I called. The problem was quickly identified and the repair was made quickly.The repairman was friendly and knowledgeable. He also showed me how to do some basic maintenance which I could do to prevent future problems. He was great. I would definitely use them again.

I have referred them to my friend as well. They did a good job for him as well and they charged him a good price. I rate them high overall.

The sales folks were nice but they were over half an hour late. I had to call to see if they were coming out. The pricing was good, but the punctuality was poor. I wanted the work done on a certain date so I gave them a month's notice. They said they would be here between 8:30-9 am. At 9 am nobody was here so I called the office. The service manager called him and he said that he was stuck in traffic. I thought maybe he should have started sooner. Once he got here, he did an excellent job and cleaned up after himself. The communication was good. I told him to leave the existing door and I would get rid of it, because I had someone that wanted it, so they reduced $30 off the price. They messed that up. I can recommend them with the caveat of punctuality and the invoicing. I would use them again but I would want them to pinky swear that they would be on time because I had to reschedule something because they were late.

He came out quickly and fixed the problem. He came as quickly as he said he would. He was professional and reasonably priced too. I was satisfied with him.

Outstanding! Joe, the technician was great! He was very personable, knowledgeable and experienced. He performed the install timely, made suggestions on how to maintain and paint the door and even assisted me in some fixes to my old garage door opener (which was 4 yrs old and Professional did not install). I would definitely using them again. By the way, I called another high ranking garage door company on Angie's List and thought they didn't were not as professional on the phone nor did they seem to care if they got the work or not. Very pleased and impressed with Professional Garage!

This company was fantastic. I was very impressed that they were able to sqeeze me into their schedule, and be at my house within 2 hours. I told them that I had a short window of time before I had to leave and that I was concerned if the door wasn't fixed that day, more damage might occur before I would have another timeframe available for service.The service technician was prompt and very polite. He definitely went over and above what I expected. He not only repaired the hinge he checked all of the hinges and added nuts to all hinge bolts on the door to prevent it from happening again. He was finished and out the door in less than 20 minutes with a smile and a courteous farewell.

Came same day I called. Fixed the problem quickly. Checked out other garage door, oiled and maintained both. Key pad installed without issue. Fast, nice and reasonably priced. We have used them several times and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
